5485 Touhy Ave, SkokieI booked an appointment incorrectly online (completely my fault) and forgot to add a cut to my dog who needed a cut before I left for vacation tomorrow. They didn’t have time to do her cut but were SOOO considerate and understanding when I said I needed to cancel. They told me to call the Evanston location (which was able to fit in for a cut) and was so nice the entire time. Mind you, the woman I was canceling with was the person who would be doing her appointment. Thank you Danielle J for being so sweet and understanding about my mistake. Will definitely be back!

We also got the lentil soup. So the soup was absolutely great, well balanced flavor and not too thick. We enjoyed it so much. The meats were well seasoned and tender with a bit of chew. Service was as good as the food, and it was a slow Sunday afternoon but after we arrived more people came in. We will visit again, if you are in the are stop by.

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the “Chuckie Cheese” atmosphere. This refers to the large number of kids running around with really nothing to do other than trample the landscaping and run about under foot. FOMO is not a valid reason to subject everyone to your little darlings who are learning that drinking and driving are OK. Who’s driving the kiddies home? Hopefully not the parents. When you have kids, your life changes in many ways. One of them is, you can’t party with your friends like you used to do. It was your choice - be an adult about it!

It's the perfect stop when I'm on the go. The staff here truly make the experience special. They are always so pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They know me by name, and they consistently go out of their way to show gratitude and warmth to every single person who walks through the door. It's the kind of customer service that keeps you coming back. The space itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. There are plenty of seating options, whether it's large tables if you're working or meeting with someone, smaller tables for a quick sip, and comfy chairs that make it a great place to relax or get some reading done. If you're looking for a friendly, efficient, and comfortable Starbucks experience, this location is absolutely worth visiting!

7050 Carpenter Rd, SkokieI can't remember the last time I dined at a Red Robin. We arrived around noon. The location was empty. The hostess was waiting for us at the opened door. She was very nice and seated us immediately. Large restaurant but so empty. Red Robin is noted for its burgers. I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar wrap with fries. It was okay. Fries were cold and dry. The tortillas seemed a little rubbery. The other ladies did order the burger and they seemed to be pleased. I was able to get a second order of fries and I asked if they could be warmer than the ones on my plate. They came out perfect. Our server was amazing! I think the server and hostess made the visit a good experience. Not sure if I would go back. I
