Hope, is one of the owners and will be as excited about your puppy as you are. If you have a small dog, you will not find better service, better prices, or a more knowledge person to work with.

5485 Touhy Ave, SkokieI booked an appointment incorrectly online (completely my fault) and forgot to add a cut to my dog who needed a cut before I left for vacation tomorrow. They didn’t have time to do her cut but were SOOO considerate and understanding when I said I needed to cancel. They told me to call the Evanston location (which was able to fit in for a cut) and was so nice the entire time. Mind you, the woman I was canceling with was the person who would be doing her appointment. Thank you Danielle J for being so sweet and understanding about my mistake. Will definitely be back!

They completely solved my golden retriever’s ear problems and allergies after we had been struggling for a while. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about both pets and owners.
What really stood out was how thorough they were in explaining everything. They took the time to walk me through the diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps in a way that was easy to understand and never rushed. I felt confident and informed the whole time.

We also got the lentil soup. So the soup was absolutely great, well balanced flavor and not too thick. We enjoyed it so much. The meats were well seasoned and tender with a bit of chew. Service was as good as the food, and it was a slow Sunday afternoon but after we arrived more people came in. We will visit again, if you are in the are stop by.

They know me by name, and they consistently go out of their way to show gratitude and warmth to every single person who walks through the door. It's the kind of customer service that keeps you coming back. The space itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. There are plenty of seating options, whether it's large tables if you're working or meeting with someone, smaller tables for a quick sip, and comfy chairs that make it a great place to relax or get some reading done. 7050 Carpenter Rd, SkokieI can't remember the last time I dined at a Red Robin. We arrived around noon. The location was empty. The hostess was waiting for us at the opened door. She was very nice and seated us immediately. Large restaurant but so empty. Red Robin is noted for its burgers. I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar wrap with fries. It was okay. Fries were cold and dry. The tortillas seemed a little rubbery. The other ladies did order the burger and they seemed to be pleased. I was able to get a second order of fries and I asked if they could be warmer than the ones on my plate. They came out perfect. Our server was amazing! I think the server and hostess made the visit a good experience. Not sure if I would go back. I
