The employees still managed to fit my beagle into their schedule without making me feel like an inconvenience. His nails were trimmed perfectly and the bath removed the strong outdoor smell he somehow collects every week. One paw still felt a little damp at pickup, but otherwise everything looked great. He seemed relaxed and comfortable instead of anxious during the ride home too.
