9510 W Central Rd, GlenviewThis is a hidden gem. Compassionate, expert, extremely high quality dog training at a fraction of the cost as other places. First it’s a non-profit and I feel like they do this because they care about the dogs. I reached out to them when I was at my wit’s end re: the dog I got as a puppy when COVID hit in March 2020, so no training at all. She is now 70 pounds as a 1-year-old and pulls, doesn’t respond to commands, pulls me down, not fully potty trained,... I needed immediate help and didn’t know if I should give her up. They had me come in right away and started helping me get control of the situation. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, have been doing this a long time, and gave us solid advice that worked. The class times fit within my schedule and the classes are not overcrowded like you see at other places. The cost is right on the schedule on their website. Way cheaper than any other place. Very, very reasonable cost for classes. I can’t say anything better about this place.

Presentation was off the charts. If you live in this area, it is a hidden gem. Stopped in on a whim for a quick lunch before a doctor's appointment. Very impressed.

The one area they need Improvement is their customer service. Nothing super bad but talk about unfriendly... I don't know if the older woman at the front desk(I too an older woman) looked extremely bored and pissed. Explain to me why this individual is the front facing person taking orders? This is an individual who should be behind a desk if you are unhappy about standing at the front perhaps that's not the spot for you. When I went to pick up the order three people are standing there all with their backs to me. I had to say excuse me and ask for certain what number they called......REALLY?? So here's a tip - beef friendly greet your customers like they matter. Hand the order to your customers do not turn your back. Food was good no complaints there.

Ordered room service for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. Everything came hot and everyone involved was very friendly and patient. Ordered the shrimp tacos, chicken quesadilla, and shrimp Cajun pasta. All of the entrees and shareables were good but the shrimp tacos was the room's personal favorite.
Breakfast was just okay. Got into the buffet around 20 minutes before closing but the hostess was still kind enough to squeeze us in. Food was hot, but the eggs were unseasoned and unnaturally textured. Fruit was good, but overall felt underwhelming compared to the dinner menu. We also never got our drink or water but didn't bother asking since we were just trying to get in and out anyway for a meal.

Everything feels relaxed inside, and the atmosphere is comfortable enough to sit for a while and enjoy your drink. My visits have been smooth and pleasant, and the staff always seem to create a positive environment. It is definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations around Glenview, and I am always happy to come back.

However I noticed that after moving to the new location, they implemented shrinkflation! The portions became smaller. For example, salmon Al Gusto is 1/3 of the size it used to be. Just noticing.

The omelet was loaded with fresh ingredients, the hash browns were perfectly crispy, and the pancakes were soft and delicious. Everything came out nicely prepared and the portions were generous. Great place for a relaxed breakfast or brunch with friends and family. Definitely worth visiting — I’ll be back again!
