She explained things in such a clear way and always let us film the session so we could refer back to it throughout the week. She was wonderful with our kids and so willing to engage them in the training process where it was appropriate. She was quick to respond to any questions that we texted her as we settled in as a family with a tiny new fur baby. She is a real gem and I look forward to working with her again some day!

We've never had any issues and our dogs always seem to have fun! Julie is so caring and treats every dog as if it were her own. The preparation is mostly traditional, it’s generally fresh and tasty (though there have been nights where something is off). The cooler almost always has some grab and go options; otherwise, order ahead to make the wait more predictable.
