1021 Davis St, EvanstonHad a great experience with Bramer in the nineties when I brought my cats here, and was happy to find they are still going strong now that I have a new puppy. Everyone on staff is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The vets and techs regularly sit right on the exam
room floor so that my dog can approach them easily and shower them with kisses. The exam rooms and office spaces are bright and clean but don’t smell like strong disinfectant. I always feel that I have plenty of time to ask questions and am treated with respect. Finally, my dog loves it here and can’t wait to get in the door and greet everyone. In the exam room, he’s relaxed and happy while waiting. That says it all!

Having volunteered at C.A.R.E. (the animal shelter in Skokie), I’ve seen Juli’s work with dogs firsthand. She is a true professional, and I’ve actually learned a great deal from her myself. Honestly, there’s an argument to be made that Trigger is in better hands with Juli than he is with me!
I give EmBark my strongest possible recommendation.

Our dog Korra has been going there for months now for training classes, agility, nosework, daycare, and boarding. She loves it. We also love it! Classes are so much fun and also a "must do" to build your confidence as a dog handler, and build your dog's confidence!!! People at Unleashed are incredibly responsible and I would trust nobody else more to look after our pup. Thank you Unleashed. We absolutely love you all.

1945 Central St, EvanstonGluten-free pizza and sandwiches are unbeatable. Celiac and gf for over 10 years. I can and regularly do eat a whole pizza and I've not suffered yet. Vegan sauce is phenomenal too, which means that, when my vegan friend comes to town, we can share gluten-free, vegan pizza and it's actually delicious, not just fine. Some other highlights I can't get over are: the ranch dressing, trying the pizza of the month, seasonal soup, salad, and veggie options to offset the guilt of wolfing down a whole pizza, root beer in a chilled mug, and great staff. Unfortunately I can't have the brownies or cookies, nor the garlic knots, but everyone else I know loves them. Plus the space is gorgeous and cozy.

The guy that waited on me was also handling front counter carry out duties. He was good though. Got me seated, took my order, and checked on me a couple of times. I ordered two of the 1/4 pizza Pepperoni's. It was good. I don't eat Detroit style often so not much to compare it to but the sauce had a zing. The crust was crisp in the edges but soft in the middle. I enjoyed it quite a bit and recommend checking it out.

We asked if we will be able to sit out and very quickly the staff cleaned a table and set up the heated table for us and we had the best galentine’s celebration. Thank you for the warmth and for accommodating our request and making it so special for us. The food is great as always. Best sandwiches.
