Hope, is one of the owners and will be as excited about your puppy as you are. If you have a small dog, you will not find better service, better prices, or a more knowledge person to work with.

5485 Touhy Ave, SkokieI booked an appointment incorrectly online (completely my fault) and forgot to add a cut to my dog who needed a cut before I left for vacation tomorrow. They didn’t have time to do her cut but were SOOO considerate and understanding when I said I needed to cancel. They told me to call the Evanston location (which was able to fit in for a cut) and was so nice the entire time. Mind you, the woman I was canceling with was the person who would be doing her appointment. Thank you Danielle J for being so sweet and understanding about my mistake. Will definitely be back!

They completely solved my golden retriever’s ear problems and allergies after we had been struggling for a while. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about both pets and owners.
What really stood out was how thorough they were in explaining everything. They took the time to walk me through the diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps in a way that was easy to understand and never rushed. I felt confident and informed the whole time.

Animal Medical Center
8343 Skokie Blvd, SkokieAnimal Medical Center was able to take our cat when we had an emergency and didn't know what was wrong with him. Everyone else I called wouldn't take him, saying they were full. The doctor at the center was kind, knowledgeable and professional. There wasn't a long wait and the center was clean. I greatly appreciate the care they gave our cat and would highly recommend them.

3757 Dempster St, SkokieMy rabbit Siro was cared for by the vets and techs here for three years. He just passed away after a brief but vicious battle with lymphoma. Dr. Moy did everything that she could for him and explained clearly to me what was going on. She didn’t sugar coat it, but also let me make decisions for him as his mom. I highly recommend this animal clinic, and I will miss them.

She was very warm and genuine and impressed me with her level of care and the way she introduced me to the menu, to the current specials and to our server named Star. Star really impressed us all the way around with her excellent service and even more so with her positive vibe and friendly, professional demeanor. Our food was absolutely outstanding. I mean everything was just perfectly prepared and served beyond our expectation. A special thanks to this locations manager on duty Kathy for coming to our table to hear about our great experience, for being so very genuine in our interaction, and for thanking us for coming and inviting us to come back again. We cannot wait to go back and we are recommending this location to all of our family and friends and sharing our experience on social media.
