My neighbors have taken their two goldens there and had a great experience so I tried it with my dog and it was so easy, inexpensive and worthwhile. It’s immaculate, the shampoo and towels are provided and the staff are always nice and helpful. Wonderful place and they offer a lot of dog food and treats.

They have a great selection of high quality pet foods. They also hire animal-loving employees that are knowledgeable and helpful. They're so much better than a chain store.

300 N La Fox St, South Elgin5/5 stars because the treat my high anxiety pup with love! My dog is a bit of a handful when getting his nails clipped but even after telling me he pooped himself, they treated him so kindly. They truly love animals here and not having to be worried about them being mad at my dog, makes me feel so amazing. He’s just a dog with trauma and they accept that. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I’ll keep being Rocky here until the end of time! <3

Justin was incredibly thorough when explaining the use of the commands and ensuring that not only my wife and I but our children as well were not only comfortable using the commands but that Charlie was following the commands we were taught. We will definitely come back if we choose to do more advanced training and will definitely recommend Woof Beach to any new or existing dog owners looking to get training. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work!

580 Randall Rd, South ElginI’ve been taking Socks to Dogtopia for almost 1 year. I am consistently impressed with not only how professional the staff are but how they go above and beyond to love on and care for my dog when I am working or out of town. My dog is now 2 and loves her days with Dogtopia- she is well exercised and socialized. Their rates are very reasonable and they are responsive and accommodating for most requests. They keep a fun schedule of dog activities and cameras are really nice to be able to watch her when I’m missin her. I am so grateful as well that they do have in house kibble and protein options available in the event a packed meal gets missed. Socks also was not the easiest for a nail trim in the beginning but now tolerates it and they do a great job with grooming /bath at the spa. If you want to leave your dog in capable, loving hands while you’re away, you won’t find nicer people. I’d give more stars if I could.

You can tell they really love the animals. They also provided me with a lot of resources to help my cat settle in. Love my cats and would definitely adopt from here again??
