“Very good Hampton Inn, located immediately next to O‘Hare Airport.The inside of the hotel was just recently renovated, so everything from the reception, the hallways, and the rooms looked refreshed and contemporary.I especially appreciated the spacious gym with free weights up to 75lbs, as well as kettlebells, and free water bottles (most hotel gyms barely have 50lb dumbbells and a closet-sized workout area.)”

“Love, love, loved the Drake in oak Brook. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional, the room service was awesome and the food was so delicious. Ricky was our valet attendant he went about and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend the Drake in Oak Brook we were so happy, were going back to rent a suite for the weekend. Such a beautiful, beautiful experience. Never disappointed.”

“Good place to stay if you think about proximity to tge airport, convention centre, surrounded by places to shop and have fun.However, i found that it is overpriced and theIn-room dinning service was underwhelming.Was shocked when housekeeping opened the door without knocking and didn't offer an apology 3 hours before checkout.”

“One of the nicest Motel 6 in the Chicgoland area very similar to Prospect Heights location, price is extremely reasonable for having King size beds, full cable with all movie channels, staff is very helpful, have stayed there for extended periods and in my opinion managment holds certain guests to higher standards than others, Ex. We recently have been without a vehicle for transportation which makes taking our belongings with us for the day when we leave very troublesome, the staff was very accommodating allowing us to leave our couple bags behind the desk in the corner well 12-23 I was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian and was unable to return for our belongings for almost a week, when we did return we were politely informed we wouldn't be able to do that again, we were forced to leave them in the stairwell on the side exits, shortly there after we were told not to do that so we left it under a table in the laundry room were told we would be banned if we left our 2 bags anywhere inside the hotel so we were forced to leave them outside on the back of the building we did that for 2days when the 3rd day they were not there and we were informed they were taken from outside the building and locked in a room that couldnt be accessed until the morning so we had a room paid for but no clothes food or hygiene products etc, all of that would be fine and dandy if after not returning for almost 2 weeks my wife was told she and I would be Banned this time for a number of petty violations, but the more alarming matter was my wife informing me that the Manger had told her that I was bringing her down and using her and if she was her daughter she would have something to say about it, this was shocking news since I've been with my wife for 10years put her threw school bought her a car and was welcomed into my own family as blood my father became ill and allways considered her his daughter and she called him Dad, been rough the past 2years just trying to navigate daily life and make 2 ends meet. I'm fine with all the other things but to personally attack me behind my back without knowing a single thing about me my wife or our situation and to make assumptions and basically call me trash was the breaking point also being told not to ask for money as if we were some sort of gypsy vagabonds begging any and everyone for money when In fact less than a handful of times we asked if a quarter or less than a dollar could be spared for a bus ride, we were again told we would be banned for this unacceptable and inappropriate behavior mind you my wife literally cleans the room daily wiping everythingng down making the bed emptying the garbage its actually frustrating to me as it's a hotel and people are paid to do it but it makes her happy so what can I say. One night I saw a guest who frequented the hotel curled up in the fetal position with his dog sleeping In The 2nd floor stairs i told my wife and she the next morning informed management. I was a little confused when they told her that was highly unlikely since the person in question didn't even have a room at the hotel currently.... I mean which is why he was sleepin in a hallway. It's sad that certain people go out of there way to find something wrong or create a problem that doesnt exsist, it is suppose to be a hospitality industry but I see them speak to certain Individuals without patience or banning them simply for the sake of not letting the "riff raff" overstay its welcome with the "business folk". I never took it personal until comments were made about my relationship and I've never spoken to some of the employees, there are a few exceptional employees who pay attention to guest needs remember guests personal preferences and are allways kind and courteous mainly 2nd Shift work a few exceptions”

“Great place for a mini-reunion with a cousin. Central location, close to restaurants, very large, clean, comfortable room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast - everything fresh and a really nice variety. Also a great place if you're traveling with a dog. There is a lot of grass surrounding the property, which often isn't true with hotels that say they are pet-friendly. There is also a nice park right across the street as well. Very pleased with our visit.”

“I had a cruise and flew out of O'Hare and used the airport parking option at the Hyatt Regency.The staff are always so awesome when you have questions or concerns which helps if something does come up. Usually you speak with an agent from the parking lot company but they include the hotel's' number and they will do anything they can do.It is so easy to get to and the best thing is the hotel shuttle runs 24 hours!!! Many places have reduced hoursWould definitely recommend if you are driving to O'Hare”

“We had a king room. No issue with the main room. The bathroom was cramped. The vanity was much too small for our two toiletry items. The toilet location was cramped. When opening the hinged shower door, water from the door dripped quite a bit on the floor and towel mat.Other than that our stay was wonderful. As an Army veteran I received a very nice rate reduction. Thank you Hyatt.All services in the main entry area of the hotel were top notch! The complementary breakfast was delicious. Christina made us a delicious custom ingredient omelet. She was so accommodating and sweet. In the kitchen she makes all of the other delicious selections. The bar and the several food items they serve are very good. The seating is plentiful.”

We didn’t know what to expect when we got there but it was perfect. We got the Classic whirlpool suite, everything was clean, set up beautifully, and so comfy!! “I recently stayed at the Carol Stream location on the weekend of February 24th. I booked 3 rooms to entertain friends. The staff was extremely helpful in dealing with ALL MY NEEDS. Harish at the front desk had me checked in ahead of schedule with a smile. Michael at the front desk then came to check on me "remembering me from my previous stay". Later that evening Tony at the front desk was kind enough to send my rooms some extra linens and Towels.Although I didn't get down to the restaurant..Christian and his staff at BURGER THEORY are always top notch! "Maybe next time" as always the rooms were clean and welcoming ?. When I originally booked this weekend, there was a slight discrepancy in MY particular room reservation. Luckily "knowing that I ONLY STAY IN THE WHIRLPOOL SUITE, my dear friends in sales. (CHRISTINE GALASSI AND GINA ENGLER) noticed my name in the system and immediately adjusted my reservation. NO SURPISE THERE! Seeing as how Christine and Gina had handled all the details of my recent Halloween themed party I threw at your location in October! Whether I stay for a weekend, or throw a bash in their banquet halls...I'm treated like family. The staff at Carol Stream holiday inn are the best. Thanks again! See you soon. “The best thing about it is that it was very convenient to where I was needing to be. Also, the breakfast is absolutely stellar – the best I’ve seen anywhere. the bed is very nice, But the sofa and chairs aren’t very comfortable.. Upkeep on the whole place is below average—There’s always something wrong with something. it took days to get a microwave delivered to my room. The people at the desk range from being very pleasant and engaging to downright rude. I will say that the manager went out of his way to help me replace meds that the housekeeper had inadvertently knocked into my sink. That was super.”

“We had room with 2 queen size beds. Nice location 25 min from the airport.Flesh white towels, soap and shampoo, napkins were available. In the bathroom we had a hairdryer.Room was with carpet. TV, microwave, coffee mashine and small fridge.There no available spot to keep documents, but you can keep it in the reception.Lot of the parking spots.The location is super comfortable 5 min away by car from Walmart, target. 5 min from the pharmacy "Walgreens".Calm place not far from the police station.Continental breakfast available. There is a sidewalk so you can walk a little if needed.Super nice and clean lobby. You can print needed document in the lobby.Check in at 3pm. Check out at 12.00 pm.”

“The perfect hotel for long term stays! I travel for work and this has by far been the best equipped room I’ve ever had. The one bedroom suite I stayed in had two large closets and a pantry cabinet in the kitchen. And a full-size refrigerator! I will stay here wherever I’m in Chicago again.”
