“Bill was great. He came out to my boat on Thursday on Lake Mary in Twin Lakes and got my (2) front bow speakers working. He then troubleshot my tower speakers and found that they were blown. I asked him if he could order the new ones for me and he said they would be ready for pick up on Saturday. Sure enough I went by his shop on Saturday morning and they were on the counter when I walked in. My stereo now works 100%. I highly recommend Audiosmith for any of your audio needs.”

“Logan YOU ARE THE MAN one of the bestest workers I have came across after having the hardest time trying to figure out how to get my phone exchanged spending an HOUR LOGAN WAS THE ONE TO HELP not even a cooperate store could help with !! Logan did his best the whole time with helping giving us solutions , on the phone with customer service he helped us figure the situation out and to top it off he has only been working there for a month !!!!! “We were there this afternoon. JD did an amazing job. I believe that's his name. We went in there to get a phone case. Then we decided to go with a screen protector. He made sure he explained the plan that if we had the screen protector if we paid for the insurance on the phone then it would be covered for free however we had not. He was very informative. Made sure that we were informed with everything that he was selling us explained everything put the screen protector on and did an amazing job. We live in Wauconda the store in Wauconda no longer exist. We went down there and then again when to above & beyond.. Thank you guys. We found our new store..”
“Today we got really lucky and received help from Ivan N. We just made the switch to T - Mobile, two new phones and internet service, we’re a little older and not very high tech and Ivan got us up and running in no time. I can’t say enough about how patient, kind and courteous Ivan was, he also took his time and walked us step by step through the internet router installation process, when we got home we did everything he said and we were good to go in just a few minutes, what a nice kid, smart too. He helped the Combined Veterans of McHenry out last year and donated one day Phone service for the Sailors Thanksgiving hosted by the VFW. You put a lot of smiles on Sailors faces that day.”
“I went to T-Mobile to have my new work phone activated and transfer all contacts,
my company sent me there to do this.
I arrived first thing on a Saturday, the door was opened by the associate which later I learned her name was Marium R.
I asked her if she could transfer everything and activate she said she would be able to do while I wait, we sit down at the table and she proceeded to activate and transfered all the info, while doing that, she was very friendly talkative and very nice once everything was done, I asked if she could also setup my call forwarding, she said no problem and it was done i need to add that I bought a case and a screen protector which she installed for me. Marium was awesome , very professional , very friendly , and a real joy to talk with. Because of this service that I received from her I will be opening a T-Mobile account when it's time, the provider I use for my personal phone now for 5-7 years has Never provided, last year I went in to buy a new phone all they did was activate with my same number and gave me instructions on how to do it all myself which took me two days, Never Again will I ever use them. All Thanks goes to the service I received from Marium last
week.”

“I have been with this store since they opened. In June my best friend, 90 years old, wanted a phone for emergencies and reaching Uber and me, so I took her in and they set her up. She COULD NOT figure out the phone and asked me to return it, so in I came.
Jessica came to help. She had to follow the rules (no return after 30 days), but still sought the manager out. He did not budge. Yet Jessica jumped through every hoop she could find to try and help me. She even checked my phone for apps and right there saved me about $50 a month on stuff I was double paying for or wasn’t using. She was so empathetic and helpful! A real ASSET to Verizon for sure. Over the years I have had “help” by the “guys” at the store that has been adequate, but Jessica went WAY beyond just your average customer service contact. In the end, she couldn’t take the phone back, but gave me a way to continue to contact corporate Verizon and I still left satisfied with my Verizon experience. Thanks for the great experience Jessica!”
