“Affordable and no frills. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was nobody at the front desk when I was checking out to leave, but that's not a huge problem at 5AM.”
“Pretty good hotel. The hallways were a bit winding and confusing and the signage was not great. Stayed here for 3 days and got lost going to the elevator every time. There is quite a bit within walking distance so that is a plus.”

“Hotel Arista was the perfect venue for you. From the start, Katie was very responsive, helpful, and just so easy to work with. We went from not wanting a hotel wedding at all, to having our reception there. Katie was always there to answer my questions and thoroughly answer them, from questions about the contract to random ones throughout. She made the whole process so much easier! Her help and flexibility made such a difference.
The entire staff at Hotel Arista is amazing! Everyone we worked with was so friendly and accomodating. The reservations team made it so easy to have rooms added to our block and explained things to me when we had questions. Everyone was so immaculate.
Our reception was absolutely perfect! Everyone loved the food, the ballroom was beautiful, and Katie and the staff made everything go off without an issue. A few things did come up, but they were quickly resolved.
Also, our cake was through a local bakery, part of the contract, which makes things easier (one less vendor to try and source) and everyone raved about it.
With everything Hotel Arista provides, it's so convenient! You aren't trying to source out multiple vendors because they don't provide them - Hotel Arista takes the work out, and provides top of line ones for you.
We loved going from our reception, to the bar with our friends, and then to our rooms on our wedding night. No coordinating on how to get there or who was, just everyone walked over there, and the party kept going.
If we could do it all over again, we would definitely pick Hotel Arista!”

I stay here one weekend a month because I drive a truck over the road and this is where I take my time off. I've actually driven out of my way to stay here because I had horrible experiences with two Red Roofs north of here. My dog approves as well as seen in the picture.”

“Love this location for Wheaton College and the arboretum. Always good coffee. Need to get 2nd elevator working. Has been out for over a month. Had leak in lobby that needs fixing. Always clean. “Went to St. Charles to watch a Chicago Steele hockey game... and was VERY happy we stayed the night at the Baker. Very lovely hotel with a ton of history. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was SUPER nice and accommodating, and the price for the room was very reasonable.(The gym room was closed for some reason, which made me sad... but took a long walk by the river, so that was good).Highly recommend staying at the Baker... and located right in the heart of everything, and surrounded by good restaurants.”

“I am so happy that we decided to stay at Sleep Inn for our visit in Naperville. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We appreciated that our room came with a fridge and microwave because it really came in handy.
O’Hare airport is about 30 minutes away and downtown Naperville about 15. Great location and very economical. Cracker Barrel is about a 3 minute walk away which is also great. Would definitely recommend and come back.”

Manager is present on-site and was more than willing to assist in any way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. My room was very clean and neat. Bed and pillows were homelike. 24 hour monitored security cameras made me feel safe. Thank you Candlelight for accommodating my stay during a very transitional period in my life. Felt like home.”
“Going through renovation, the room I received was squeaky clean. This was the 1st time used after full makeover. Fresh paint, no paint smell, new carpet, no new odor. Comfortable beds, double queens. Quite, very little traffic sounds. Excellent front desk.If anything really stands out, it would be the soaking bath tub, a little deeper than I normally find out on the road.The location is a plus, walking to several restaurants, a short distance from downtown.The outdoor pool is still closed.I'm very pleased with this hotel.Rooms: Clean, compact, quite.”
“Awesome place when you need stay a few days in Chicago.It’s a little bit far from downtown, but nothing important.Rooms are so comfortable, nice view, nice bed and big bathroom.Staff are really nice, they was so available to help us in all the we need.This hotel has Landry, 2 dollars for wash and 2 dollars for dry. You need a quarter coins.They have a really good price because of the area.Totally recommended.Nearby activities: Have many stores nearSafety: It’s area very secureFood & drinks: Have Starbucks inside. “The room was extremely clean, actually cleaner than what I was expecting. Hotel staff friendly and informative. Very quiet considering the amount of vehicles in the parking lot. If you book/reserve online you can get the room $30 cheaper. ( highly recommended ) even if you reserve online and pay at the property

“I had a one bedroom and even though the furniture is a bit worn, the room was clean,and the front desk was extremely friendly. The hotel is well maintained. Having a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher,and a nice size desk, made me feel like I was at home. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay again and recommend this location.”

“My only complaint was the Television/Cable. It kept freezing, then skipping ahead, very annoying. Any hotel of this quality should be able to keep up with things like that. Room 328. Other than that staff and breakfast were great, bed was comfy.”

The room was nicely furnished and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The exercise room was very nice.
My only complaint about the room is the desk chair which was very worn and should be replaced. Also, the pool is permanently closed and looks like it has been closed for a while.The breakfast was adequate for a motel in this price range.
The location was a challenge as the motel is not at a traffic light, and it's difficult to get onto the busy main road if you are heading west into downtown St. Charles.
Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I would stay here again the next time I am in St. Charles visiting family..”

“Aly & Carrie N. Who were running the bistro during my stay were absolutely FANTASTIC! I travel a lot and I never hang out at any of the courtyard or Fairfield Bistro/Bars. They made my two-day stay amazing. Friendliest and top notch service! Smiled constantly and very conversational. These women deserve a raise!
