“The wife and I stayed in the deluxe suite. Very spacious and clean. Separate living area and bedroom. I’ve been wanting to stay here for awhile and finally got the chance to do it. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was very quiet during our stay. A coffee shop next to the hotel that was only a 2 minute walk. You have to call if you want ice. No self service machine but that’s ok. The gentleman that brought the ice to our room was very nice. Our view was facing south of 59 and it was a very nice view. Overall, 5 out of 5 I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.”

“We have traveled a lot and were delighted to find the unexpected quality of this hotel. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating. They actually made up our room daily. A real treat when most hotels do not do that. The restaurant offered surprisingly tasty food and beverages. Much much better than the typical hotel restaurant. At check-in we requested a room upgrade and the front desk graciously accommodated our request. The room was very quiet with room darkening shades. Yeah! The shower had lovely pressure and even the complimentary coffee in the lobby was better than typical hotel coffee. Our stay here made dealing with a difficult family situation much much easier. We REALLY appreciated the quality that this hotel affords.”

“This place is FANTASTIC!!! Step back in time to an era of classic grandeur in an estate built in the late 1800’s. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Best of all is the food-or should I say cuisine. The breakfast alone is worth staying here for. And host Nina is wonderful. Look no further. We are definitely coming back”

I stay here one weekend a month because I drive a truck over the road and this is where I take my time off. I've actually driven out of my way to stay here because I had horrible experiences with two Red Roofs north of here. My dog approves as well as seen in the picture.”

“Recently stayed at the Q Center for a 5-day company event, and overall it was a great experience. The property has a lot to offer—especially the bike trails, which are definitely worth checking out. The center even provides bikes, making it easy to explore the grounds.
The food was consistently good, and the service and cleanliness were truly top-notch throughout my stay.
My only minor drawback was the room size—it felt a bit small. However, this was outweighed by the overall quality of the experience. I’d definitely recommend it for corporate events.”

“Love this location for Wheaton College and the arboretum. Always good coffee. Need to get 2nd elevator working. Has been out for over a month. Had leak in lobby that needs fixing. Always clean. Wish they had a few new varieties on breakfast bar. Always great fruit. Sounds like they will be remodeling soon.”
“Staff was amazing. I spent 5 nights there and had no issues. Room was clean upon arrival, breakfast was probably one of the best I have had at a hotel, and the lady that cooked the breakfast (for the life of me can't remember her name) had a great sense of humor and she is very passionate about her job. She honestly made the stay better.”

“I had an issue with my room getting there (I was checking in early and the room wasnt ready so i had to switch, just a miscommunication, nobody's fault) they were very prompt and helpful.
The pool was nice and clean, the athletic area was well kept, the room itself was very clean.
You can tell they take pride in their overall quality.”

“I am so happy that we decided to stay at Sleep Inn for our visit in Naperville. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We appreciated that our room came with a fridge and microwave because it really came in handy.
O’Hare airport is about 30 minutes away and downtown Naperville about 15. Great location and very economical. Cracker Barrel is about a 3 minute walk away which is also great. Would definitely recommend and come back.”

“We were a late (early morning)arrival with 2 teens. The staff was so accommodating when we asked for rooms to be closer and quickly helped when keys did work. The lobby is well appointed with a corner store and quick bite counter. Beds and soft finishes were clean. The bathroom was very clean but there was some cracked tiles and rust around drains. The TV stand and desk also very clean, but with some blemishes. We would come back if in the area for sure. The courtyard has evening lighting and a fireplace. A little TLC in the bathroom and furniture would grab that last star.”

“Me and my sister had to stay here ad it was nice, the staff took amazing care of us, and the rooms were clean and there was plenty of towels as well. One thing I would say it a pool would have been nice, they had everything we needed, and it was a great stay.”

The room was nicely furnished and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The exercise room was very nice.
My only complaint about the room is the desk chair which was very worn and should be replaced. Also, the pool is permanently closed and looks like it has been closed for a while.The breakfast was adequate for a motel in this price range.
The location was a challenge as the motel is not at a traffic light, and it's difficult to get onto the busy main road if you are heading west into downtown St. Charles.
Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I would stay here again the next time I am in St. Charles visiting family..”

“With hotels I feel like it's always either a hit or a miss; here at Sonesta it's quite simply been the best hotel experience I've ever had all the way around!
The facility itself is modern, clean, and they do a great job maintaining it; from things like keeping the sidewalks safe during an unexpected snow storm to regularly getting the carpets professionally steam cleaned, on top of the standard hotel upkeep items. They go above and beyond here for sure.
The rooms are modern and spacious; large windows, very comfortable Beds, and having a full kitchen is such a nice added bonus.
The staff here at the warrenville Naperville location are seriously amazing!
Management and front desk staff are extremely professional and competent at their jobs. They're always very kind and polite ( something the customer service industry as a whole seems to be lacking everywhere imo) and I've personally seen them go above and beyond for their guests, including and especially for me!
The facility is super pet friendly with so many available options/routes for walking your dog.
The location is perfect as it's close enough major roads so that it's easy to find and close to wherever you need to go, but also secluded enough that it's relatively quiet and peaceful.
Seriously the best hotel experience I've had. 5 stars all around.”
