“I want to give a huge shoutout to Anya for her incredible customer service. I’ve been to the Hively location and they never help me. every time I need help with my phone, Anya is the one I turn to. As an older customer, I sometimes have trouble with technology, but Anya is always so patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She’s fantastic at juggling multiple customers while still making sure I feel heard and well taken care of. Her knowledge and friendly attitude make such a difference. She truly goes above and beyond, and I believe she deserves recognition for the way she helps everyone with a smile. Thank you, Anya, for your amazing support and service!”

“Attention Old People - This new upgrade with the White Box……SUCKS! Not User Friendly at our age. If you’re looking for easy set up, head down the street to xfinity, you won’t find anything that makes sense here. No instructions in the box, - QR codes that lead you everywhere but an easy set up. Phone assistance call backs that play music instead of having a person on the other end. Good Luck”
