“Crystal Day, Senior Universal Banker at Centier Bank at the Highland, Indiana branch at 9701 Indianapolis Blvd, is not only knowledgeable about all banking products and processes, she is also kind and patient when working with customers under extraordinary circumstances. Recently, my elderly mother brought in an unbelievable number of old savings bonds to cash in that had stopped accruing interest 25 years ago. Crystal set aside 4 hours and took the time needed to painstakingly cash in each bond. And she did so with a smile! As Power of Attorney for my mother, I am so pleased to have witnessed my mother having been treated so kindly and respectfully by Crystal throughout this monstrous process. I HIGHLY recommend that you see Crystal for any and all of your banking needs. She will guide you professionally knowledgeably and will do it with a smile!”

“My wife and I went in to the Martha Street location to make adjustments in a checking account not realizing that there were signed documents required. Rather than send us home Liz Galaraza and Kat da Silva stepped in, personally typed the required documents processed everything and had us on our way.
