“I've been visiting this mailing station for almost 2 years now - and thought it's about time to share some love here!
I have a virtual mailbox with iPostal & this mailing station is where my letters get stored. The folks at this mailing station have always been quick and courteous with answering my questions + handle all of my mail & packages with care, respect, and integrity. Only once have I experienced a hiccup that occurred between iPostal & The Mailing Station's systems - to which it was resolved with stellar intercommunication and grace. Which leads me to my next praise...
Scott & his team are attentive, efficient, professional, & quite neighborly! I look forward to days when picking up mail is on my to-do list - it's always nice to exchange light conversation with people who are genuine and human. I usually have my little ESA dog who comes along with me, and it's fun knowing that all these guys are dog lovers too. (My pup looks forward to getting an occasional treat from behind the counter!)
The shop itself feels very local & homey. To me, it feels comforting to stand in. While waiting in line, I like to admire the greeting cards and knickknacks for sale. Being welcomed by the big Norfolk pine tree potted by the printer is my favorite (btw, it's very cheap & convenient to print with them!). Everything you see from the moment you enter is a hallmark of a very established and well-loved business.
In a super central location to Carmel/Fishers/Indy - this truly is a gem of a mailing center on the city's northside. Thanks all - for the services that you do so well for the community!”

“I am not usually one to leave reviews however the Manager Jeff at the Staples on 96th street truly went above and beyond to help me out - He not only helped with a discount (which I so appreciate) but IN ADDITION the chair I was purchasing as a surprise for my husband Jeff found a way to put the chair together for me in less than two hours from the time I purchased! A 24-hr turnaround time was already quicker than expected so this was a legit miracle! Regardless of what I "received" from Jeff, his whole attitude was putting customers first and doing whatever he could to help make someone's day a little easier/smoother. “Delivered to the Walmart/Sam's Club here. My appointment was 0400 and i arrived at 0330. Checked in with security and then was sent back to check in at the receiving office by door 30. I was given a door immediately. I was told to break my seal, open up, slide the tandems, back in, and wait for a text saying they were done. I had 20 pallets that delivered here for a multi stop load. They had me unloaded and out of there by 0430. Very fast check in. Very fast getting a door. Very fast unloading. I'm very pleased with my experience here.”
