“This Post Office is fine. The Postal Service workers are competent and professional. Any delays to packages are usually because the package is delayed in the Indianapolis USPS hub that the 75th Postmaster General initiated to “increase efficiency” but it has done the exact opposite. People can’t do more with less, and defunding this quintessential American service (USPS) is criminal.”
“I recently discovered this hidden gem at 13326 Overview Dr Fishers, IN 46037. This self service Postal center allows you to buy stamps, mail letters & packages and even has postal boxes all without the lines and wait. Note: Automated Service Hours are Open 24 Hours / Day / 7 Days / Week. Pickup is 5:30pm only”
“Back up to five. The appointment actually went very well. They could have posted the information better.
I came in today for a passport application. I was told I need to make an appointment. However online it doesn’t have their hours it just says come submit your passport application here. Walk in. They aren’t even part of the post office. And their sign inside for the passport office says nine am to nothing because they RIPPED off the closing hours and on a printed label in very tiny font just above the hours posted “by appointment”. They can’t be serious!!”
“I went here around noon on a Saturday and had phenomenal service.
I had a large package that I needed to mail. I had never mailed a package myself before, and to make it more stressful, I was shipping it to Australia and had no clue what kind of paperwork I would need to fill out.
The man working at the counter listened to my worries and walked me through the entire process. He even checked to see if the box I brought or the usps flat rate boxes would be a better fit for me price wise. I ended up going with the usps large flat rate and was able to securely pack all my items. They are now off on their journey, and it is all thanks to the amazing postal workers! When i get my passport in a few months, I will happily make my appointment here. This is one of the best locations I have ever been to.”

“Super friendly employees, very helpful. I went in needing passport applications, which they do not do at this branch, but she was very helpful, telling me where to go online to find application and recommending another post office that I did end up going to. the Oaklandon branch, which I had a terrible experience at. What a major difference in attitudes!!”
