As a server, I’m in and out of the bank regularly to deposit tips, and this young woman, who worked on Saturday morning, 3/29/25, always brightens my day! Not only is she always so kind and attentive, but she remembers the little things that make a big difference. I often bring my dog with me, and she always makes sure to grab a treat for her. All the bank staff are friendly and eager to assist you in whatever you need to accomplish. If this bank had problems in the past the management team has made corrections to make it a very good bank now. We are happy with Central Bank. Give them a try, we think you will be happy too.”
“I have personally banked with GICU for over 20 years. The staff are always friendly and supportive. I have had personal and mortgage loans through them, debit and credit cards, vehicle loans, and they always have competitive rates. Whenever issues have risen, they promptly correct them. I really like the mobile app showing you your pending charges immediately online. Other banks take days to post them. It just makes it easier to track my finances for me. Will remain a loyal customer to this credit union.”

“After 25 years of banking with a different bank, I switched to Two Rivers earlier this month. I was tired of all the fees at the other bank. The Two Rivers website provided many helpful answers about accounts and services. I like the 50+ checking account option. The customer service on the phone and in person is also excellent. All of my questions have been answered and everybody has been very friendly and helpful. Thanks Hannah (Ankeny branch) and Gabbi (visiting from the Coralville branch).”
