I have had personal and mortgage loans through them, debit and credit cards, vehicle loans, and they always have competitive rates. Whenever issues have risen, they promptly correct them. “They were so considerate and waited for me while I drove from the drive thru to a parking spot and it was already 5pm, which is when they close. My sister was already inside the bank also also waiting for me to come into the bank. They could have said "Sorry, but we're closed", but they didn't!!! I know the Bank that I deal with, definitely would have said that they were closed, no doubt about it!!! I definitely need to leave the bank that I deal with cuz they're really rude most days. They never seem to want to help and I feel that they just don't care! My husband opened the account in 1997, the year that I moved to Iowa, so that's why I haven't left them yet. Might just have to put my money in Wells Fargo Bank!”
