“So I went in to prepay for gas, the pump wouldn’t work or go through and just became a huge hassle. Brad the manager here stayed on a call with customer service while trying anything he could think of to help me either get gas or to get my money back. Eventually he cheated the system and moved it to a different pump. Instead of going back in now that it was going he stayed out at my pump and filled all $40 of gas I paid for telling me to stay warm in my car. Props to Brad for his excellent customer service!”
