“I stopped by Kum & Go late one night, and I had a mostly great experience. The young man working the counter—who, I must say, was an absolute sexy muffin—provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Even wishing me a happy holidays! The only downside to my visit was the excessively loud music in the store. It was hard to hear him over the noise, which was especially challenging because my hearing aids are sensitive. When I asked if he could turn it down, he explained that the volume knob doesn’t work and only management is allowed to adjust it. Unfortunately, there are no managers on duty during the night shift, so he wasn’t able to fix the issue. While I completely understand that this was out of his control, it’s a bit frustrating that something so simple can’t be resolved without management present. I hope the store addresses this to improve the nighttime customer experience. Despite that hiccup, I was impressed by the service and the dedication of the cashier. His charm and professionalism definitely made my visit worthwhile. I’ll definitely be back!”
