“Let me tell y’all about this place right here. On a breezy Saturday morning. I sat in my son’s room and stared at his Xbox that had not been working for nearly 5 months. I wanted to take it to the place that previously worked on it. But, they were closed due to new hours of operation. My wife, thankfully found this place. And to my surprise, they not only were able to repair the Xbox for a reasonable price. They fixed it the same day!!! Store opens at 9 am. And I got the call at 10:30 am to pick up the Xbox. It is working perfectly now and my kid couldn’t be happier!! I will definitely be going back for repairs on other technology devices. Thank you CPR. Y’all are awesome in my book!”

“Noah Seniva was the associate who helped me today. My partner of 31 years had died, and I wanted his voicemail saved to a file on my phone, so I could listen to it. Noah did that for me, he switched the account to just my phone, and he dealt with customer service about an outstanding bill. This last thing was time consuming, not the least because he was put on hold for quite awhile. He was patient and competent through all these procedures and was kind to me during something that was very sad for me. You have a fine young man representing your store in Noah.”

Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. As a costumer I've had bad experiences in other locations. Always a pain in the butt having to come back for mistake.For a second there was an error (not by her) but she fixed it right away! Well that streak ended recently when I went to the US Cellular store on valley west drive in West Des Moines. The gentleman that took care of me was named Wya Lukery.
