“Came in for a battery replacement. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient—no unnecessary fluff. They charged a fair price for the battery replacement. I dropped off my phone in the morning, and it was ready for pickup in about 2 hours. Excellent service overall, and I highly recommend them.”
“Let me tell y’all about this place right here. On a breezy Saturday morning. I sat in my son’s room and stared at his Xbox that had not been working for nearly 5 months. I wanted to take it to the place that previously worked on it. But, they were closed due to new hours of operation. My wife, thankfully found this place. And to my surprise, they not only were able to repair the Xbox for a reasonable price. They fixed it the same day!!! Store opens at 9 am. And I got the call at 10:30 am to pick up the Xbox. It is working perfectly now and my kid couldn’t be happier!! I will definitely be going back for repairs on other technology devices. Thank you CPR. Y’all are awesome in my book!”

“Noah Seniva was the associate who helped me today. My partner of 31 years had died, and I wanted his voicemail saved to a file on my phone, so I could listen to it. Noah did that for me, he switched the account to just my phone, and he dealt with customer service about an outstanding bill. This last thing was time consuming, not the least because he was put on hold for quite awhile. He was patient and competent through all these procedures and was kind to me during something that was very sad for me. You have a fine young man representing your store in Noah.”

“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”
“My last review I said I'd come back and I did today. Had a great experience with a young lady named Rosy. I had two to three things to get done and she took care of everything in a timely manner. As a costumer I've had bad experiences in other locations. Always a pain in the butt having to come back for mistake.For a second there was an error (not by her) but she fixed it right away! Literally cheered her on after she got it resolved ??? she was all positive vibes, polite and easy to talk to! Id say give the girl a raise, hard to find friendly and great costumer service these days.”

“I typically dread going into the cell phone store bc whatever issue or question I have, it always seems to end up with me paying more money and not being satisfied. Well that streak ended recently when I went to the US Cellular store on valley west drive in West Des Moines. The gentleman that took care of me was named Wya Lukery. He was professional, courteous and most importantly he was efficient in handling my issue and resolving it quickly. I walked out with a new phone since I broke mine with no insurance and a case for $32 owned outright. I'm a prepaid customer so this wasn't with a new 2 yr contract.
