The staff is always so willing to help and so friendly!! We live in grimes and would rather drive to urbandale just because of the atmosphere!!”
“I've heard that there's this super hot girly pop named Juno who should be hired on immediately after the end of summer and I just wanted to say that y'all should hire her asap.You have no idea what an asset she will be for the company.That gal is skilled and smart to boot (and that's not even saying anything anything about how cool she is).I know she's silly goofy sometimes but seriously she's a doll and you guys will not regret having her as a permanent part of your company.And no- I was not paid to write this review. “Ever since I switched to U.S. Bank a few weeks ago, after my prior bank wouldn’t help me after 20 years with them I have experienced nothing but amazing customer service. I am so happy I could not be more happy with my bank today I had a very stressful situation and had to come to the bank three times in a row Had a panic attack the third time due to stress but Dina, who told me she had only been there a short time was like an angel without wings. She was so kind and understanding, and made a terrible experience so much better for me. I couldn’t possibly speak more highly of her she deserves a raise. She is amazing and she truly cares about the customers that come into the bank and even if you cannot fix an outside problem it is the amazing customer service and true empathy shown to the customer that matters. 100/10!”

She went above and beyond to fix to separate issues that I had at two separate Wells fargo's..
