“Hannah was fantastic to work with. My husband and I had our internet connection from another provider cut due to construction and it wasn't able to be restored for 3-6 months. Not an option for us because we both work from home. Hannah to the rescue! Not only was she extraordinarily kind and empathetic to our situation, she got us set up with a new US Cellular internet connection within an hour of contacting her. She was working on setting us up before we even made it through the door. The connection has worked great so far, and I definitely plan to return to Hannah when it's time for a new phone.”

While everyone was friendly and helpful, Mathew spent a lot of time with us for our carrier switch of 5 lines to a business account and upgrades. “I have had such a great experience with Dallas County Data! They are the best internet provider I have ever worked with. I only pay $60 a month and have AWESOME internet service. We live in the country and have no problems streaming or gaming. On top of that, their customer service is 10/10. They are such nice people. I even got the business I work for to switch over to Dallas County Data and they are just as impressed with their service. I would recommend them to anyone in Adel and surrounding areas!”
