“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”

“Crystal Communications was truly awesome... Julio took great care of me.. My receiver, an old VIP 722, went out on me. When I called Dish, because my equipment was too old, they couldn't troubleshoot it & wouldn't. To get a new upgrade it would take 5 days before they could send someone out... I called Julio in the early evening that night. He came out the next day.... He fit me in between two appointments... Upgraded me to the Hopper3 with Sling, a Wireless Joey for my analog TV, the latest remote control & set me up on WI-FI.... Truly AWESOME.. greatly appreciated.. fabulous service & job...this is the place to go to...Thanks again Julio-- 5 STARS plus... John in West Des Moines”

“Paul A. really knows how to provide great customer service. Sadly I was one of those people that just had to show up in the last 15 min :/. My phone broke the day before and I needed help connecting my new phone to my t-mobile. I apologized for showing up last min and he didn’t go out of his way to make me feel bad for it. He had a great attitude and mad conversation when helping me. I don’t recommend ever going to a place like t-mobile during the last 20 min tbh but things happen. I didn’t end up leaving the stove until 10 min after closing, and I really do appreciate Paul for taking time to help me.”
