“I needed a repair claim filed. I did my own online & it said it was denied. That we didn't have coverage. Went into the Douglas T Mobile location. The Manager Jen N was a huge help! She contacted Assurant & spent a significant amount of time ensuring that the claim was entered correctly & that I was able to get local repair, as I am allowed per our insurance plan, instead of a new phone which would have included a deductible.

“Noah Seniva was the associate who helped me today. My partner of 31 years had died, and I wanted his voicemail saved to a file on my phone, so I could listen to it. Noah did that for me, he switched the account to just my phone, and he dealt with customer service about an outstanding bill. This last thing was time consuming, not the least because he was put on hold for quite awhile. He was patient and competent through all these procedures and was kind to me during something that was very sad for me. You have a fine young man representing your store in Noah.”
“Exceptional customer service, went in to upgrade my phone and was quickly greeted by Nate who was extremely personable, patient, and helpful. He gave great advice on accessories and services and put the work in to find every way to save on the transaction he mentioned the home internet which he couldn’t have had better timing because I have been wanting to switch from my current provider to something new and now that problem is solved, you will not be disappointed if you go to this location”
“Devon was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We encountered a lot of hiccups with the system and it took a long time to fix, but Devon handled everything beautifully and was so kind, courteous, and respectful along the way. We bounced so many numbers at him trying to figure out costs including suddenly adding another person into the plan, and he was extremely adaptable and efficient. He made the process as smooth as he could given the circumstances and overall provided a level of service that I haven’t experienced in a long time, especially at a place like a phone store. I sincerely hope he gets some sort of recognition for being professional, personable, adaptable, and an expert in his field.”

Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”
“I typically dread going into the cell phone store bc whatever issue or question I have, it always seems to end up with me paying more money and not being satisfied. Well that streak ended recently when I went to the US Cellular store on valley west drive in West Des Moines. The gentleman that took care of me was named Wya Lukery. He was professional, courteous and most importantly he was efficient in handling my issue and resolving it quickly. I walked out with a new phone since I broke mine with no insurance and a case for $32 owned outright. I'm a prepaid customer so this wasn't with a new 2 yr contract. This was a huge discount and I'm so appreciative of him for helping me out. Make sure you ask for him next time you stop in

This location on Delaware was so unbelievably patient, worked tirelessly to get my account straightened out, and were equally as frustrated with my experience. Everyone from the store manager down showed so much results in getting my account situated, and I am so grateful for them finally getting all the pieces put back together!
