“I've been with US Cell since '99...I've dealt with several different stores over the years. We've all had our dealings with US Cell over the years (yes, you, too) and sometimes they aren't all pleasant experiences. Happened to be in the big city today (70 miles away from my home) and decided that today was the day that I was finally going to upgrade my phone so US Cell and T-Mobile would stop sending me letters and texts telling me I needed to upgrade.
I have never been in this store before, I'm not sure why I even picked this store instead of the more popular ones, but I checked reviews and thought I'd like this one. Gotta say...I was verrry satisfed with my experience. Jennie took care of everything, showed me the new phones, explained everything perfectly and was even able to transfer over all my shtuff from my old Cat S62. I even let Jennie sell me almost everything she recommended...I did spend more than I expected and more than I wanted to, but I can honestly say that the great experience that I had in this store was worth every penny.”

“Paul A. really knows how to provide great customer service. Sadly I was one of those people that just had to show up in the last 15 min :/. My phone broke the day before and I needed help connecting my new phone to my t-mobile. I apologized for showing up last min and he didn’t go out of his way to make me feel bad for it. He had a great attitude and mad conversation when helping me. I don’t recommend ever going to a place like t-mobile during the last 20 min tbh but things happen. I didn’t end up leaving the stove until 10 min after closing, and I really do appreciate Paul for taking time to help me.”

“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”

“Stopped at this location after two of our phones suddenly lost service due to the transition from US Cellular to T-Mobile and worked with Ian K. We had also been trying to get an issue resolved with an overcharge on our bill for two months in which T-Mobile kept telling us they would call us back after they checked into it and then never did (0 stars for T-Mobile). Ian was able to quickly solve the eSIM issue and also called and was finally able to get us the credit we were unable to do on our own. Ian went above and beyond!!”

“I went there to get my screen protector replaced with the protection plan on my phone and The NEW T-Mobile location on Southwest 8th Street in front of Target store is excellent! The other location that was next to AutoZone was not pleasant at all. These guys at the new location are professional and courteous! This place is excellent! We always went to the store in Ankeny to do our business and we live in Altoona! I will be going to the Altoona location from now on! Great job on doing better!”

“Huge shoutout for Braeshawn Blume at the Southridge Mall store! I wanted to reach out and share some quick feedback about my visit to your store on East Army Post Road. I was helped by Braeshawn Blume, and he was absolutely fantastic.The store was completely packed, and the staff was down to just two people after an employee had to leave. Even under that crazy amount of pressure, Braeshawn handled everything beautifully. He helped me get my transfer PIN while simultaneously looking after two other customers at the same time.He was incredibly patient and kind to everyone. He even took a moment to gently walk another customer through a frustrating issue with his Facebook profile photo while handling the rest of us. When I told him he was doing an amazing job despite being so short-staffed, he just smiled and humbly said it was his job—not a single complaint out of him! Braeshawn is a huge asset to your team. Handling a chaotic crowd with that level of grace and efficiency is rare, and I really think he deserves some major recognition for his hard work and dedication to his work there!
