“My significant other and I met a gentleman named Alex Hernandez. We were both delighted to meet him. He was overqualified for his job and went above and beyond to ensure that we were valued. I wish I had met him in public, having fun with my friends, because he has a great mindset and a good head on his shoulders. Ultimately, I’m just glad that my significant other and I got the chance to talk to him. He made the experience at Best Buy great and we look forward to going back to that Best Buy.”
“This is quite a large Target store with everything you may need. I managed to get what I went there for and noticed they had a good variety. I am new to the States, but did notice they had a lot of things for Halloween which is coming up next month. There is also plenty of free parking available.”
“Target continues to improve their pick up service. Last time I used it, as I was driving up, I saw a Target rep wheeling out a cart with multiple orders on it. She was going towards the pick up area. When I pulled up and texted that I was there, she was able to immediately bring my order. Keep up the good work Target!”
“I recently bought an iPad from the Apple Store. Had an awesome experience with Pragulnath! He was patient and personable while helping me sort out a Boost Mobile issue when I was trying to buy a phone. He went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out and even helped me pick out an iPad. This process took at least 50 minutes and he stayed through all of it. Store is overall friendly but could help customers in a hurry.”
