“This review is for the auto service department only, as I did not shop in main store. I was in town for my mom's funeral with my wife and kid. We traveled from Ohio. The night before we were going to depart Urbandale I noticed a screw lodged in the front tire. Obviously I needed to get this fixed before driving 600 miles. After many failed attempts to get a tire place to help me out (nobody answers their phone, no open appointments, etc) I was starting to panic. But I saw Walmart opens at 7AM, so I called in and Todd was very helpful. He said come right in and we'll fix you up. So 30 minutes and $17 later I was in business and on time. My special thanks to Todd and Joe! Excellent service!”
