“I needed a poster board type picture of my loved one for his memorial service. I am elderly and don't have a real concept as to how the technology works. The store manager, Shirley, was so patient and helpful. When I picked up the finished product I was so pleased that I had to restrain my tears. Many people would not have cared or really tried to understand what I wanted. That young lady did and I thank her and applaud your company for having her on your team!”

“Visited this site today with a last minute request. I have a board meeting tomorrow and needed 8 copies of a lengthy budget. They were very fast and had it done in a very short period of time. This was something I needed an immediate turnaround time on and they came through! Before going there, I had called around and other places said it would be the next day. Miranda helped me and was fabulous. I will definitely be back for printing needs again. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but quality was great and met my needs.”

They do a great job mailing and copying, I haven’t tried any of their other services yet though.I thought they were expensive, then I tried going to the UPS store and found out that their prices are in line or better than competitors.It’s nice supporting a locally owned business instead of a franchise or chain.”

“I live in mission but if I need any of the vast services offered by the UPS corp I visit this store. Package drop off, returns to big box retails and general stuff, this is the place. The staff is friendly, considerate and focused on making sure the job is done right. I can't say enough good about this location and all they doi. Hats off on a continued job well done!”
“I stopped in tonight to drop off a package and I asked about expected delivery day. Wasn't technically the information I wanted BUT that wasn't UPS or the reps at the location fault. The two gentlemen that were behind the counter were very helpful and educational regarding the delivery. Was very thankful for the information and learned a few new things! I definitely recommend this store”

“Once again, Daniel and the front counter staff at the Gregory Distribution Center Post Office came through with excellent customer service and can-do attitude. I was hoping a package would arrive before the tracking, and the staff suggested I come the next morning. Daniel checked, the package was in the building, he retrieved it, and I left town two hours later with the package in hand. Thanks!”

He went above and beyond to assist us as a notary, staying late and even guiding us through typing out our handwritten documents on our phones.
