“I was dreading getting a required SIM card replacement dealt with and was down to the wire on verge of losing service so stopped by this Boost Mobile location with my son today. To my surprise I had a fantastic outing. The free SIM card replacement was just the start. I asked Kay about adding hot spot service and by the time we wrapped up he gotten our 3 family phones pulled together on a 3/$100 plan, added hot spots to all AND our new plan is less than what I was paying prior. More features, less $ and efficient service with a smile and lots of laughs. Couldn't ask for more. You've earned a loyal customer and I will gladly share my experience with others. WELL DONE, YOU MADE MY DAY! THANK YOU!!!!!”

“Let me just say that I went in today and was helped by Sebastian, who restored my faith in T-Mobile stores! I had a previous awful experience at the 95th store, so I went out of my way to find a new store today. I am so happy I did! I arrived around 9:50 AM, not knowing they opened at 10 AM, but they allowed me to come in!

I explained that I was there to transfer a phone number to a new device, and just like that, Sebastian helped me out! There was no pressure to upsell or to change my plan when I stated I did not want any changes. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied after he finished with the transfer!

Let me add that while Sebastian was helping me, his coworker next to him was assisting an elderly lady with her phone. Even though she had many questions, he answered every single one of them with the utmost care and respect! You could tell she was super happy by the big smile on her face! Seriously, these guys are awesome!

As I said, my faith in T-Mobile stores has been restored, and I look forward to coming to this store from now on!”

“This is my second time having a really good experience at this location. Thomas specifically made me feel like he went above and beyond to help me out so I felt I should leave a review. He worked to find the best promotion to fit my needs and was extremely patient with all my questions. He wasn’t pushy with sales but let me know about some upgrades and even recommended a phone case he thought “seemed like me”. Great experience”

As it turns out we found out about selective calling on Monday and it's a beautiful feature now no scammers or anyone trying to sell anything
