“My husband and I are 23 year customers of Verizon. We’ve had several issues with Verizon but the most recent was a humdinger!!! We went to the Verizon store at Ward Pkwy. and Tamia worked with us tirelessly, spoke to V Customer Service for quite a while and was VERY knowledgeable, patient and kind. We are Seniors and have no tech savvy. She resolved our issue when we had dealt with multiple people both online and in-store. She deserves, at the very least, a first class cruise or the equivalent thereof!!!

“I have had so many troubles with my phone over the years, from little viruses to it running terribly slow. I’ve gone into the store several times for help, and more often than not I was told I could fix it myself if I just followed some instructions.
Today, however, was very different. The new manager was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to truly help me, cleaned up my phone so there are no more annoying pop ups, and he did it all with a smile. He never once complained or made me feel like I was a bother, which sadly I have felt before.
He also went over my plan with me and showed such patience, kindness, and compassion. He is truly a lovely addition to the store. Thank you so much, Mark, for all of your help. I will certainly be returning, and I cannot recommend the Santa Fe location highly enough.”

“Everfast technicians CJ and Johnson have diagnosed AND solved our download internet speeds. They verified their modem and router in our home are working properly. This issue was related to the Everfast line outside on the poles in the backyard. Whether it was squirrels or tree damage from recent storms they located and repaired the issues.
Now we are back to normal and very pleased with Everfast, their technicians, AND their monthly rate of only $35.
