“I was dreading getting a required SIM card replacement dealt with and was down to the wire on verge of losing service so stopped by this Boost Mobile location with my son today. To my surprise I had a fantastic outing. The free SIM card replacement was just the start. I asked Kay about adding hot spot service and by the time we wrapped up he gotten our 3 family phones pulled together on a 3/$100 plan, added hot spots to all AND our new plan is less than what I was paying prior. More features, less $ and efficient service with a smile and lots of laughs. Couldn't ask for more. You've earned a loyal customer and I will gladly share my experience with others. WELL DONE, YOU MADE MY DAY! THANK YOU!!!!!”

“It was a bummer to have Sprint run into the ground a decade or two back, but we finally migrated over to T-Mobile. Our experience is somewhat biased because we have a grandfathered Sprint account, but it's really been just fine on this side of things. The store at Ward Parkway was very helpful when we needed to make the switch, and even more helpful when it came to adding a line. The price hasn't flucuated (yet) from what they told us, and service is pretty good overall. Not a whole lot to say other than it can get busy here, but each time I've been in, the wait times have been reasonable and the staff has been there to assist with everything.”

“Had a grand time today at this t-mobile store. I was greeted by Brooke, the manager, who handed me off to Xavier. He was awesome - got me set up with a second line for my hubby - answered my questions and exchanged delightful banter. Don’t know the new guy’s name, but he is destined to be an excellent sales rep as well. I left with a smile after friendly, efficient service!”

“Renita by far provided me today with the best customer sales service I have ever experienced, not only at T Mobile but at all! The second I walked in she welcomed me with a smile and from there she was SOO helpful. She described to me in detail all about my current plan and all about my alternative options. Even after I left, I called with an additional question and she immediately helped me figure it out and my problem was solved instantly. During my time there, she ensured that she was helping me out and giving me the best customer service while also checking in other customers to ensure they would be receiving the same customer service I was. Renita definitely deserves a raise!!”

“On Sunday around 3:45pm I went to this location to pick up my online order. Immediately I was hit with frustration and issues as my order hadn’t been approved or sent to the store. I had to call customer service since I placed the order online and after being transferred and holding for over 10 minutes I was hung up on. Of course I was very upset by that point and would only allow warm transfers when I called back. It was a very long process and I couldn’t get proper assistance over the phone. There was literally nothing the store could do to help since I placed my order online. The store manager Chris tried his absolute best to help me but in the end I left empty handed and very frustrated. I am giving them 5 stars because Chris and his team stayed 40 minutes after closing to try and help me because I had driven far to the store expecting to get my kids their new phones. Chris tried his best and I’m sure they’d all rather be home than on hold with customer service all evening. In the end it was determined someone changed the shipping method and we couldn’t change it to store pick up. The customer service team needs major training and reduce the amount of transfers they put customers through. The store should also be able to contact support directly and not have to jump through hoops as Chris did. It seems very unprofessional for your stores to need help and not be able to get proper support in a timely fashion.Chris and team, thank you for your patience with me and my autistic nephew. I know you all wished you could have filled our order if we could have had proper support from Customer Service.”

AT&T was causing us some issues with porting our phones over and he stuck with it and stayed late to get our cell phones switched over to Xfinity Mobile. THANK YOU RYAN - MUCH APPRECIATED!
