Transfer process was very smooth.”

Helped my dads wife clean up her phone and remove spyware. He also added a passkey to make inadvertently adding app less frequent.. Super helpful suggestion for the elderly. So glad went in. “I buy a new phone every few years so I'm very unfamiliar with the process around this always. I just need what I need. Pulled up over here and that boy Dillon was fluent in everything. Navigated me from confusion to new phone with skill and detailed explanations. Copped that new Samsung 26 Ultra and bro threw the screen protector on it which saved me from conducting that level of intense surgical precision at the crib. While I setup my stuff for the trade in, I seen him and the staff triage a room full of customers tactfully and bro still kept stopping thru to check in on ya boy till my stuff was done. Masterclass. I'd pull up again 💯”

“I highly recommend this store in Midtown. Darius was a big help after I lost wifi at my apartment for a couple days. I got their wifi router & was in & out within 20 minutes.

I purchased a phone for Black Friday, and was not only helped, but also given an excellent deal on my phone plan. Samantha, in particular, was a joy to be around. They were efficient, answered all of my questions, and helped me get the best possible deal I could, given my situation. Sam made my experience such a smooth and enjoyable one.
