“Once again, Daniel and the front counter staff at the Gregory Distribution Center Post Office came through with excellent customer service and can-do attitude. I was hoping a package would arrive before the tracking, and the staff suggested I come the next morning. Daniel checked, the package was in the building, he retrieved it, and I left town two hours later with the package in hand. Thanks!”

“I'm giving this post office 5 stars, not to compare them to the Ritz, but compared to almost every other post office I've ever gone to. I started going to this post office and the difference is night and day. While this post office isn't always as roomy, there is typically at least 3 clerks at the counter and they are friendly, efficient, and keep the line moving fast. I just gave the Post office on Antioch near 127th street a one star review and will try to avoid that one as much as possible”
“Wow ? surprised to see the lower reviews! Every time I come here they hit home runs and especially Alisha in the passport office. She had us in and out in record time. So friendly! They do passport photos btw BUT be sure to make an appointment.”
“Bill and all of the staff were amazing with helping me to weigh all of my wedding invitations to get the correct stamps and even hand cancelled each letter for me! They were friendly the entire time and made me feel comfortable with putting the invites through the mail!”
“Even though it's a bit out of my daily route, this is my favorite USPS in town. I've taken off a star due to the short hours (M-F 12-4), but the clerk keeps even the longest lines moving super fast. Definitely know their stuff, and he consistently checks to make sure you're not being overcharged. You can check the PO boxes 24 hours a day.”
“I don't write many reviews, EVER, but after today, a HUGE shout out to Ms RACHEL!!! She is absolutely AMAZING, my package was misplaced (which has happened a few times with our mailman.) Said it was delivered in parcel locker at 11:52am. I checked at 3pm and NOTHING, I instantly panicked, called the 800 number and reported it. Then decided to call the local post office at 78th and state and Rachel was the biggest blessing EVER. When I tell y'all that this woman went above and beyond, she literally drove out to my townhouse in Piper, checked all the mailboxes, couldn't find it, then went to the other mail locker at the other side of neighborhood and SHE FOUND IT AND BROUGHT IT TO ME!!! This kind of stuff needs to be recognized and talked about, she's a literal earth angel. I cannot express how much that meant to me that she went out of her way to help me, and I never expected it. RACHEL you are amazing I hope you get a promotion, raise, everything you want because you deserve it. Thank you for being such an awesome person, more people need to strive to be like this woman!!!!”

“Cass at the up front desk is really the best I messed up on my passport one time when I was supposed to apply for a new book instead of renewing and she was there to help me re do my application she’s a 10/10 associate if you ask me if you see this you know who I am ? ”
“Seriously the best post office in the area! The employees are so kind. They are speedy to get you in and out the door quickly. I've never had an issue here which is something I can't say about any other post office that I've gone to!”

“This place IS a blessing. It’s one of the few location open (mostly it seems) 24/7. Though it can be a little intimidating because the parking lot is lit up but there’s no lit sign, so it may wear closed. It’s also set back off the highway.. not readily noticeable. The area seems safe. But if it was located any where else in town… ?Just keep an eye out and be aware of of what’s going on around you.But… if your a last minute shirt like me!!!Oh it’s a blessing!!!”

“Tiffanie was incredibly helpful, and even stayed after close to help me and my wife. If the post office has more people like her, I think they'd have 5 star reviews across America. She was quick, efficient, and very professional, while handling other customers. She took care of everyone before us quickly, and helped out everyone after us, while we were filling out forms, so that we didn't have to wait. Incredible employee!!”
“I had an issue with my mail and didn’t want to take off work to visit the union station post office. I was greeted promptly and my issues wasn’t resolved but at least I know there is a staffing issue and this is why my mail isn’t being delivered daily. In all honesty is fine. In the future, let people know mail will be delivered once or twice a week due to staffing shortages, especially during tax season.”

“Julius, let me tell you about Julius. Dude is not only the most helpful post office manager/employee I’ve had the “pleasure” of dealing with… normally, for me to get anything done at a post office at my previous address, it’s similar to waiting in a DMV line to get your license renewed only to find out your having all your teeth pulled by a dentist instead.
Julius was not only helpful to more than expected and well above my usual “helpful” service received. That man is sincere and you can tell he’s generally happy that he gets to help and thats very pleasant to be real. Itll make a sore attitude turn into a smile least and that was worth more to me than the great helpful service received! I needed a mood change so thanks for the excellent service my man and keep being upbeat and happy it rubs off on people :)”
“Only reason I gave 4 stars is because when our regular post man is off for any reason; the subs act like they do not care at! We constantly got each other’s mail r no mail delivered at all! Our regular post man is good & he’ll always call u on intercom for any pkgs b4 putting them in mailbox BUT WILL NOT STOP & AND GIVE U ALL UR MAIL LOL WE ALSO CK WITH U B4 HE PUTS A STRANGE NAME IN UR MAILBOX! Really like our post man & he’s been with us I know ever since I’ve moved here in Sept 2013! Give him our appreciation for all the good work he does & if he retires he’ll b surely missed????????????”

“All of the employees are very nice and helpful at this location. I came in early for my passport appointment and another employee generously offered to help look over my documents before the appointment.
It is also a newer location, so they have automated doors. It’s not revolutionary, but still very nice.”
“Let me tell ya. Our package somehow had grandview as city when we live in a different one. We called them and the man on the phone, I’m sorry I forgot your name, told us he would make a note AND send an email to the warehouse to flag it and return to their office. He called us today to tell them it rerouted back to them and that we could pick it up or he’d send it to the right address. What a beautiful soul!!!!”
“Samantha if you knew your local post office, you would know that this location doesn't have a self service machine so know what you are talking about before complaining.. The guy who works there works at 2 different locations and is extremely nice even when the customers are extremely rude to him.He is awesome and friendly...I only come to this post office because of him”

I'm having a really bad morning and she was super nice, helping multiple people at once without attitude. She almost made me cry she was so nice. I just wish I looked at her name tag. “I’ve been having to mail my son boxes to his duty station outside of United States… every worker at this post office is kind, patient and helpful every time I come in with 3-5 boxes to send. Even when someone is in lunch break and there are only 2 workers there and the line is out the door, everyone is treated kindly and not rushed.. the workers help each others out… this is a great post office!!!!!!!”
“I have gone twice since 4/30. I got 2 money orders the first time and mailed a package the second time. The lady that helped me both times was nice and helpful and the building was open. I will keep coming here even though they have limited hours. Parking was not an issue either time and the Westport library is right across the street so I returned a book as well.”
