“Didn't know about the low prices of this store until when I asked a friend about the price of his nice shoe, he told me a very shocking figure and I inquired about the store he mentioned Marshalls. This is the first Marshall outlet I have been to. Visited during a weekend, liked the prices, and got myself some stuff at real cheap prices. I attendants clearing us out where really nice to me and we chatted for a little while.The stock was low possibility due to the weekend or the holiday season.Added to my to go places for shopping ??Location is nice, surrounded with many other big shops, free parking lot, restaurants among others.Also it wasn't so congested.”

The reason I am giving 4 stars is because when I got to the register the cashier asked if I wanted to donate and I politely declined. “I live fairly close to this location and was super excited when they opened. I must say I am a REGULAR. I always joke with the staff and say they should just hire me because I am there at least 3 times a week.I will tell you the staff is amazing, they greet you every time you walk in, they ask how your day is and they make your shopping experience feel like you are a part of their family.I went just yesterday to look for a pair of pants I needed a different size in. One of the wonderful employees, Amber, reached out to her co-workers to tell them she will be stepping away from the register. She then told me to follow her and spent a good 20 minutes helping me look for these pants on the floor. She even went to the back to look for them!!!! And not to mention- she was due to leave and she didn’t even sigh or appear to be in a rush. I promise you will not be sorry stepping into this location!!”

“I admit this place has gone a little downhill over the last 5 years but I still appreciate coming to the store, especially during the holidays and seeing what items are for sale and browsing vs just shopping online. They have everything you need from Macys (men's store, mattress, bedding, kids, women's, plus size, fragrance and beauty) and enough traffic that inventory is pretty good compared to the other Macys around town. Love that this holiday season they have an expanded toys r us section with deals and toys for all ages. The customer service is still friendly and great. Parking around kenwood is a breeze. There's also a furniture store across the street!”

(Home Depot does not carry Craftsman) She was willing to run back to the blade area and confirm the model was in stock and provided a price over the phone. It saved me a trip confirming this. She had it sitting at the front desk and politely and helpfully rang it u. Away I went. Thanks Christa for your extra effort. That is all it takes is that extra little effort and is so rare in this day Of course a lot of companies are overwhelmed due to shortage of workers but Christa didn't care. She made up for the slack.
