From the moment I arrived, Sam was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. He showed me exactly what he was doing throughout the repair, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell me or make the problem seem worse than it was. It’s rare to find someone who combines this level of technical expertise with such genuine honesty and customer service.
He fixed the phone quickly and professionally, and the price was extremely fair. I walked in stressed and expecting the worst and left feeling like I had found someone I can genuinely trust.
