They went above and beyond and provided a level of expertise that is learned only through true experience and customer care which is absolutely rare and it made me wish more people and places were like this. “I have been shopping at this location for a few years due to the great customer service. I have never been disappointed with the availability of products or the customer service. I am not from Louisville, and I enjoy the small-town atmosphere. Recently I was made aware that the couple running the store with their son were not the owners. I was shocked! They never said they were the owners, I just assumed they were because they make customer service and product availability a priority. They seemed so invested. I have committed to not shop at Lowes or Office Depot to support this family. I added them and the store to my prayer list last year, praying for an increase in business, because they take such good care of their customers. So, since they are not the owners, do you know how hard it is to find employees who treat your business like it was their own. Please appreciate them, they work this job as if it were their own business. Please take the time to let them know they are appreciated and valued! I do not want to neglect the other employees I’ve gotten to know at this location, they are all great at customer service. You also recently hired my favorite Aldi’s guy. He’s my favorite because he provides great customer service where I grocery shop. Lastly, I can’t forget the “little boss” behind the counter. “Wow where do I begin. By far the best hvac supply house in all of Louisville. Extremely competitive prices if not the lowest, always has what I need in stock. The people that work there are kind, knowledgeable, and take care of their customers. The guys handling the custom sheet metal do not skip a beat, they’re quick and efficient. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to with no hesitation.
Any and all equipment you purchase is handled quickly and with care so I can get to my jobs sooner than later. Do yourself a favor and go to WinAir. It’s the best choice!”

“Got the parts I needed and now the house is nice and cozy again. My furnace is an older model with a scarce aftermarket for OEM parts and the fellas at Ferguson were able to dindy me a compatible universal ignitor that was up to the job. Very friendly staff that know what they're doing. 10/10.”

“Tried to order a deer blind online then received notification it was no longer available. I went in store to see if they possibly had it in stock, they did not. I spoke to manager, Nate, asking about the possibility of another store having it. He was able to find several of them at a Louisiana store. He contacted the store and had them transferred. He kept in contact with me and gave me frequent status updates. Very much appreciated. He definitely went above and beyond. We are grateful! Nate saved Christmas ? The customer service from everyone was wonderful. Again, thank you so much….I have two very happy hunters ?”
