“Victra Independence Verizon Store staff member, Sam, jumped through major hoops and went the extra ten miles to get our family’s three un-locked “bring-your-own-phones” off of Tracfone service and activated with Verizon, while keeping our existing phone numbers. If you want to move your BYOP-unlocked iPhone off of Tracfone over to Verizon, keeping your existing phone number, call Tracfone technical support and get a separate transfer authorization for each phone you want to move from Tracfone to Verizon, before you head over to the Victra Independence Verizon Store, and bring the Transfer Authorization Instructions with you. While you are doing this important detail yourself, you are still letting the Victra Independence store staff handle the transfer process instead of you trying to do the transfer process on your own, through Verizon’s web site, which will only lead to failure. Sam was wonderful.”

Immediately as I entered the store I was greeted with hellos and smiling faces from the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and super helpful. The store manager Jordan was absolutely amazing. The group of employees at this T-Mobile store, however, will try their best to help you navigate the many challenges their company throws your way. Drew and the team there were kind and persistent in jumping through all the hoops their company threw at us. They were a little sunshine amidst the rain in the cellular phone world.”

“Went into the store today to see about purchasing the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025. I will say it was really busy but that's always expected at the Spectrum store.
The one who ended up helping me... Her name was Nicki and let me tell you she was the nicest person I've ever dealt with. She helped get me squared away with what I wanted. Even though the watch was out of stock in store she had it order for me and it's coming to my house.
I wish all the employees were like Nicki because she was such a joy to talk to. Very upbeat and just over all a happy person which was contagious ??.
