“My microphone stopped working and Mr Phone was very helpful. The 1st Phone store I went to was quick to say a new microphone was needed. But Mr Phone first tried to make the microphone more secure/tight and cleaned it. Saved me $50 by going this route. Even if it would have not fixed it, I appreciate that they tried this route first instead of immediately saying a new microphone was needed.”

“Yesterday I took my sons iPhone into get the screen repaired. He shattered the entire LCD screen.I took it in and the men are humble. They gave a fare price to fix it. I was extremely skeptical. He said 45 min. I instantly thought, there’s no way.I came back a hour later and the phone looked brand new. I couldn’t believe the job that he did on this phone. It looked like it came straight from the apple factory. No blemishes. The work he did was amazingly good. As good as if not Better than any apple employee.Im very blessed and thankful for them.Thanks again. Definitely saved me hundreds compared to buying a new phone.”

“Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.”

“The sales representative was amazed and very helpful and solved my problems that could not be solved by calling Cricket Billing department and customer service not sure if customer service was involved because I was being put on hold and I was talking with different people for just asking 1 questions about why my phone was turn off but was paid 2 days earlier with a text message say thank you for your payment and your next payment will be due on 11/30/23 as normally is and I had text after that saying I had a $20.00 credit due to me after I pay a $10.00 1 time charge made no sense what so ever and also the last person I spoke to on the phone trying to figure out way my phone was turn off and the person sent me a app to use to pay the 10$+ to open the app they sent me but I couldn't open the app because my phone was turn off that when I went to the cricket store in store whitch was taken care in less than 5min whitch I spent over 1 hr on phone with cricket billing and that all I have to say about my last experience calling Cricket to ask and to solved a problem or explain something I thought would be easy but I was wrong ?”

“I have been coming to this store for years and have experienced good and bad service. Lately, they have been short staffed and I have had to wait longer than usual but the service has been worth the wait. While I was waiting for Amanda to finish working with another customer a new gentleman who just walked in the door approached me asking if I need help. Amanda told him I she was taking care of me and he mumbles- what the **** ever. He then started helping another customer and in my opinion was extremely unpleasant, dry and rude. I will be back but I will not allow this guy, I wish I knew his name, to take care of me. Bad bad hire. I know you guys need more staff but the quality of your choice in those you hire matter. Amanda 5 stars other gentleman 0.”

“I came in this morning and was assisted by “Paige” after having a long morning of visiting multiple boosts to run into the same issue with smart pay, 1 boost (glenway next to Dunkin’ Donuts ) system was down, another boost ( price hill location near Kroger by the bmv)said “the lady who does the smart pay is gone until Monday” which later I was informed that the male who said that was a manager and could’ve have easily went through with the process and was just being lazy and didn’t want to do it . And many more issues . Paige assisted me easily and had no problem acquiring my needs today , she also informed me that the other boosts Up-charge for items ! My cousin came in to buy JUST a phone and ended up getting the phone with smart pay with a phone case , charger , AirPods , and a Speaker included , And I just got a discounted AirPod case and AirPods. Most boosts charge $75+ for AirPods I just got mine for $65 , I wouldn’t recommend ANY other boost and I want to give a GREAT BIG THANKS to Paige especially for making my process so easy . This just made my day !!!! Easily 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Ben and Steve were a big help in getting my faulty sim card replaced. Despite walking in with a few people in line. Steve took a second to walk over and great me. Him and Ben freed up about the same time and tag teamed getting my intermittent loss of data figured out. They both agreed my sim card was on its way out. They got me swapped to a ESIM and I was back on the road. If it was not for the line of people I would have been out the door in under 10 minutes.”
