“Raneen took care of me today. She was kind and very knowledgeable. I was nervous to switch after being with my previous company for 10 years but she took care of everything from helping me pick out a new phone, activating, even the screen protector and case. I left there with a very nice new phone that works well and service and didn't have to do a thing. Excellent customer service!!!”

Michael even stayed late to finish up helping me make the transfer on my new phone. Kudos to the management here for hiring such a great team!”

“I went in after finding out total wireless had a physical store and Sal solved what was a week long mystery to total wireless customer support and Target phone people. This was literally a 20 minute process. I will definitely be skipping customer service agents next time and leaving it up to him. I paid extra for the sim kit than at target BUT we get what we pay for. Thanks Sal”
