“As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Myron. I’ve never had someone greet me like that at this location. First impressions are everything. I’ve had staff not greet me and just let me stand here, with is bad customer service. He tried to help my family get devices, but there were some barriers. Things weren’t going as expected. Myron was not letting us leave the store without a smile on our faces. He went above and beyond for my family and I really appreciate that so much. His excellent customer service was top tier from the moment we walked in til we left. As long as Myron is working here, we will continue to be a customer!!!”

Kind, smart, PATIENT with some guy from out of town that broke his phone and didn't have much of an idea what to do.
Can't say enough appreciation for the long time Chloe spent with me as she went through options, looked through inventories, pulled some stuff off the shelf then put others back on the shelf...
I genuinely hope that management at her store understands the jewel of a team mate they have in Chloe.

“I googled Phone Repair near me, found this store and was there within 15mins of reading a few reviews! I arrived at 10:48am, iPhone screen half black, cracked, couldn’t use a single button! The clerk told me 30mins! In 15/20mins my phone was fixed, working like new and screen protector suggested sale for $5!!! BEST, Prompt, FAST service ever!!!! Keep up the great work! “Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.”
“Ismail is the guy who runs the store here, I bought 2 phones that he had on a limited time offer(which was SO worth the price!). He wasn't in a hurry to get me out the door, he wasn't trying to pressure me into buying accessories or unnecessary items just to up the price. He explained everything exactly as it should have been and I was able to grasp everything BEFORE I made the purchase due to his patience. I will for a fact be coming back and I think that more people should consider trying him out for your phone needs. I appreciate it a bunch!”
“I have been going around and around for 2 weeks trying to get my phone fixed well my sins card fixed I went to multiple stores called costumer service several times and just got no where but I finally went to hopple and Paige was great she has helped me before and she made It work now today I went and lucky she was there when i knew she was there I knew I would get help and she definitely did she was very helpful and spent severals hours helping me and I will definitely go back on a day she is there if I come across any more issues because I know she will work on the problem til it works for you she was super great she was nice kind and patient with me thanks for all your help Paige”
