“Ok where do I begin? I’ll begin with Jake, a great employee who deserves to get recognition by his managers (Jeff and Dana)…. He helped me for hours through an issue I was having with my new service. Jake didn’t give up until the issue was resolved. The customer service he displayed was above and beyond! If you live in or around Independence go see Jake! A shout out to Roger (whatever you did it worked)! Shoutout to Jeff and Jordan too! Jeff (manager at this location ) displayed a true display of great customer service as well! I had corporate working with me to solve this issue and I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate the effort Jake displayed. A true display of character that is rare to find these days! Any company that has Jake as their employee should be proud of the customer service he displays!”
“Took broken stressed phone in for repair, gentleman completely fixed with same day service in 20 minutes what I was terrified that happy info I was scared to loose. He made certain of no loss and total transformation resolved. If needed will use again and no other service. A hero for fixing my life line!”
“My phone screen decided to break on me, and not turn on. Went to multiple places, hoping to get it repaired or into a state to get software keys (think 2fa), before coming here. Glenn was amazing, and honest about the repair. Would 100% recommend going here if you need your phone repaired.”

“Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.”

“A little disappointing this time. A few weeks ago the lady manager I spoke to about getting my sister who's handicapped a new flip phone I wanted to bring her in. She said that would be great purchase a phone an she'd get a iPad too. Yesterday the 7-1-2025 I met my sister there she is on fixed income to purchase phone. Chris waited on her and was very pleasant an helpful I told him what the manager had told me, he started setting her up and then learned you no longer could Honor that deal :( What a Disappointment
He wrote down my name number email as well. She got the phone we left.
Today I received email from Tmobile about something to sign, so I called the 800 number I was afraid to open it. I've had alot of emails from Tmobile that were scam
So I checked figured out it wasn't for me but it was for my sister. I thought to ask if and when Id get the refer a friend that the manager had told me about.?
And since he took my info that it was taken care of and done. Only to learn another disappointing fact that since I didn't fill out some kind of paper for it or anything that No I wouldn't get that either!??
Wow!Just Wow!! Nothing we were told about would be available to us wasn't Honored
I did message Chris today just to see if he did take care of the referral but haven't heard back from him.
I've not been with you very long I came from a bad experience with Verizon
And now all of this....
I can't believe you couldn't honor any of it for my sister or myself for bringing her.
Anywho it's very disappointing
Just needed to state the facts and how it feels an affects future deals

“People were helpful, but they did not always give me accurate information. For example, they gave me the wrong phone case and put it on for me. I was not able to use the volume button because they were pressed inside of the case. When I took it back, a different employee told me that it was the wrong case.”
“Marwan was awesome. Someone hijacked my second line and he was able to resolve it quickly. I been a Boost customer for a couple of years and the reason why I stay is because of people like Marwan. I tried several times to resolve the issue using the let's chat feature and had no luck. Came into the store and Marwan had it resolved in 15 minutes. Thanks again for fixing my phone”
