“Store #03990, I feel like I know the staff because hey are so friendly and helpful, always. This is where I get all my shots, flu, shingles, pneumonia, etc. I get my prescriptions filled here the pharmacy department as busy as they are always friendly always courteous. I won’t go anywhere else.”
“My wife and I visited this Covington location on a weekday afternoon for a vaccine from the pharmacy. Although we had appointments, we had to wait long past our appointed time. I mention this simply because, while we waited, we observed a pharmacy staff of 6-7 (pharmacists, pharm techs, clerks, etc.) fighting an uphill battle to complete tasks and serve a flood of clients. To their credit, they performed with great efficiency and were respectful, helpful, and welcoming to all with whom they dealt. I was impressed. I have no pharmacy experience, but as a retired biomedical professional with an understanding of difficulties in the industry that have grown since the recent pandemic, I observed obvious staffing issues that must be addressed by management. I'm sure that duties have increased for all employees (especially for registered pharmacists!), but this does not excuse superhuman workloads. I hope that management will find original and equitable solutions to this issue.”

“We were travelling through the area, stopped here for gasoline & snacks. Everything seemed reasonably priced. Was easy to get in & out & back to I-12 quickly. Nice, tidy, well-stocked store. Good beer & wine selection for a convenience store. Clean restrooms. Loved the variety of beer singles! Friendly staff. They have the automated checkout machine where you set all your goodies onto a platform & the machine calculates your debt-owed. The cashier person never has to touch your snacks/drinks & you feed your money directly into the machine. Contactless, quick, efficient & seemingly easier for both the customer & cashier. I hope everyone will work toward this high-tech system.”

“Convenient location, friendly staff, nice and clean, (definitely cleanest restrooms on the Northshore), nice selection of everything including beer, wine, seltzers, liquor, energy drinks, novelty candies, fluff gourmet fairy floss cotton candies, Hunts Brothers Pizza, chicken wings, and delicious Crawfish or Pork Boudin, smoked sausage, and Cajun boiled peanuts. They even have the good ice!(iykyk?) for their bagged ice and fountain drinks. Their prices are always fair, the store is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Peacock ? is my store for sure! Locally owned and operated. Support local business instead of big chain stores! Only suggestion I have is bring in an Icee machine instead of Slush Puppies but I still give them a solid 5/5 !”

“Service was a little slow and I had to find someone to handle the photo/FedEx counter... maybe that's par for these places. I don't do pharmacy stores much, but I kind expect there to be service when I approach a counter. In the end I did get taken care of. Definitely had worse service elsewhere!”
“CVS employees in the retail side are ready to answer any questions. The pharmacy, not so much. Yes, they are busy and stressed, which might account for their rudeness and impatience. But there is NO REASON for forgetting that it's the patrons of CVS whom they are serving. And a smile goes a long way.”

“Generally i love racetrack. However last few times ive been at night they were closed. It used to be open all night now they close at what seems to be various different times randomly. Sign written by worker will say closed and taped on door. Couple njghts ago they were closed before midnight. Other than that no problem. Clean restroom, great employees, good customer service and love to get coffe here the flavors and fixins they have!”

“Needed to pick up some things on my way to the hospital at 4:30am and this 24 hr Walgreens was on the way. Very clean and laid out like my local Walgreens. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly. Would highly recommend this store.”
