“My boyfriend brought me here to try after dancing a few months back. Now we go about once a month, it’s become a tradition ? fantastic food, fresh, authentic… fantastic management and owners- customer service is on point. All around great experience.

Dietary restrictions: I require a gluten free diet and they offer corn tortillas ?

Parking: I drive a truck- easy and plenty of parking options

Kid-friendliness: We take his little one often ? she even asks that we go eat here for her birthday coming up ?”

“Business on Hwy 44 in Jayess use to be wonderful when they first opened and a good while after that..Always clean ..professional..and helpful..Since a manager by the name of Nicole was let go years ago, it has only deteriorated since then.. Shelves are hardly stocked.. no one is ever at the cash registers.. if they do come up lately and if the self check out is closed, which by the way only takes card...and if that is down for about the last 2 weeks, it's cash pay only.. I've wintessed on many occasions customers just walking out...employees that were there, not sure if they sre still currently employed were smoking weed in the parking lot very obviously may I add, like it was legal.Very unprofessional environment now and extremely disappointed.. also trash has been so piled up outside on the side of the store it is constantly blowing trash into a friend of mines yard....IF YALL DONT GET IT TOGETHER..THATS LITTLE FAMILY DOLLAR AND DOLLAR TREE ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO PUT YALL OUT OF BUSINESS..The majority of the people I know, now attend the DOllar General off of hwy 583 near the green store..Hope for yalls sake, yall can get some new management in there and dependable motivated good workers..”

“My wife and I visited this Covington location on a weekday afternoon for a vaccine from the pharmacy. Although we had appointments, we had to wait long past our appointed time. I mention this simply because, while we waited, we observed a pharmacy staff of 6-7 (pharmacists, pharm techs, clerks, etc.) fighting an uphill battle to complete tasks and serve a flood of clients. To their credit, they performed with great efficiency and were respectful, helpful, and welcoming to all with whom they dealt. I was impressed. I have no pharmacy experience, but as a retired biomedical professional with an understanding of difficulties in the industry that have grown since the recent pandemic, I observed obvious staffing issues that must be addressed by management. I'm sure that duties have increased for all employees (especially for registered pharmacists!), but this does not excuse superhuman workloads. I hope that management will find original and equitable solutions to this issue.”

“I had to take 1 star away cuz when I use my debit card at their pump to pay for my gas, even if it's only $5—$10, it charges the card $50—$100 and holds it for a couple hours to a day or two, worst for me was 72hrs for $100. But, I've simply learned to not use my debit card at the pump at 'The Split'.And this next thing I personally don't care but want to get the message out there so others will know, THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOES NOT SELL ALCOHOL IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM”

“I really do like this little corner store. The staff is very friendly. The owner is amazing! If he doesn't have what you are looking for, he will make sure he has it the next time you come in.”

“We were travelling through the area, stopped here for gasoline & snacks. Everything seemed reasonably priced. Was easy to get in & out & back to I-12 quickly. Nice, tidy, well-stocked store. Good beer & wine selection for a convenience store. Clean restrooms. Loved the variety of beer singles! Friendly staff. They have the automated checkout machine where you set all your goodies onto a platform & the machine calculates your debt-owed. The cashier person never has to touch your snacks/drinks & you feed your money directly into the machine. Contactless, quick, efficient & seemingly easier for both the customer & cashier. I hope everyone will work toward this high-tech system.”

“I love this place, it’s only a couple of years old as of 2024. It’s always neat, clean and has so many offerings, not only great prices on gas. Inside you have a plethora of food and drink options like: hot pizza, other hot foods, swirl world for yogurt, amazing coffee bar, soft drink bars, and then of course, lots of canned drinks and packaged foods. There’s also a small section for other essentials. There are plenty of gas pumps, too and it’s conveniently located on the main street in Mandeville. Racetrack does not disappoint!”

“William in pharmacy is a Godsend. He is always so helpful and courteous. I can see that he cares about his work and makes the greatest effort. These are trying times and pharmacies are stretched far too thin. Everywhere. I blame corporate for that. At the end of the day, it’s all on their watch. Give more hours for payroll Walgreens! And recognize people like William who do their best to make it all happen.”

“I went by last week during a road trip and they serve the best breakfast burritos and hash browns! All hot-n-ready. All of the employees were pretty nice :) Reasonable prices for the gas and the food.”

“If you are looking for a pharmacy that is customer friendly and the employees are happy to be there, go to CVS on 190 and Harrison Ave. Shout out to Clarence for always having a smile on his face.”

“Not the best gas station, but the staff is always generally friendly and nice. It is an old gas station that could use a face-lift. Serves its purpose and is quick and convenient for everything. When I visit my parents I normally ride with my Mom to this station so she can buy her lottery. I wish they accepted debit as cash only option kind of is lame.”

“This is the only pharmacy my family uses. Any issues with prescription we get a call. Pharmacist always tries to find coupons for some of our pets medicine. They are wonderful!”

“Staff is always friendly and helpful! I have been looking for a product that they gave me a rain check for 2 months ago. When the manager helped me today, he told me it would be in Friday. I can call and they will hold it for me! Love my Walgreens!”

“Great place with humble employees. They have a good variety of cold drinks and snacks , I'm also surprised they have high-quality phone chargers. Most gasstaitions have cheap chargers that mess your phone up after you use it.Keep up the good work management team!”
