We enjoyed learning about oyster farming, touring and seeing the farm at work. The tasting was exceptional. The set up was beautiful and we had a great time shucking oysters together as a family. Highly recommend this experience!

340 Robinhood Rd, GeorgetownThe Osprey will keep you coming back! Everything we ate was top notch! We enjoyed the Tuna Tartare, Poutine, Scallop Risotto, Duck and Steak Frites. Not a bite was left behind! The cocktails were perfectly crafted. Our server was attentive, taking the time to tell me the story behind my cocktail, “Mary Barrett’s Bones.” She was friendly, kept our glasses full and was very personable! We can’t wait for our next visit. Don’t forget to make a reservation! We are already planning our next trip!
