He came immediately and rolled up, just as I was walking out. Talk about service!! We were at Enterprise in 2 minutes, wrapped up the rental details, and I was on the road 5 minutes later. “I had the most amazingly simple and efficient pickup at Portland Jetport last night. Greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful young man (should have gotten his name). He made the pickup the easiest I have ever experienced. I rent cars on a revolving and regular basis all over the northeast. This was hand-down the best experience ever in the HISTORY of car rental companies! I will absolutely be checking Dollar before any other companies moving forward. I hope they prove to be the same at all locations”

“Absolutely trouble free! Made the reservation through AARP and everything was exactly as it should be. The rental desks were down a long ramp and there were long lines at all the desks, but we had preferred status and hardly had to wait. Our car was a cute Toyota Corolla with plenty of room for two and was clean and drove great on those narrow country roads. Returning the car to the airport was fast and without problems. Plus, the price was great thanks to two discounts we received from Budget and AARP.”
