“They serve Chester's chicken which is always a quick, affordable meal. They have a wide selection of other meals they serve from their kitchen as well as a daily listed prominently on a chalk board when you first enter. They sell beer as well as hard liquor.”

“Cheap gas in the area and is on the main route. Card worked seamlessly and we were able to fill gas with ease. The one issue I saw was that the pumps were a bit old which made the machines a bit rusty and the pump handle not click and shut down automatically but had to be pressed to end. No other issues otherwise.”

“I have an Aetna card that I have bought gas with many times. I went to get gas the other day and my card said cancelled! Why I don’t know so I did some investigating and I’m still not sure why, when there was money in there, it was declined. The attendant was soooo very nice after I had a breakdown in my car. He put 20 in my car from his pocket!!! Bless him! There really are people out there who care.I am so grateful to him and will pay him back next week!!! THANKYOU?”

“This is my local go-to mini mart when I need to buy some Monster energy juice(s). My boyfriend and I frequent this Cumberland Farms at least 3 times a week. We were very used to seeing the same group of women employees working there in the mornings. Then there was suddenly this male employee named Brian. He was so busy one morning, it was just customer after customer, and it was early morning. I just want to put it this way, we needed his help with something in the store, but it was hard to even speak to him with so many customers. We actually waited for the customers to stop coming in and when he was free for a moment, he helped us find what we needed. I thought that he was going to rudely write us off, but he didn't and he didn't want to do that. We could tell he must have felt overwhelmed by the amount of customer's at once, with no help, and that he was trying very hard to help everyone in line in a quick and orderly fashion. After that wave of people, I went to the counter and again asked him to help us locate a product, since there were no people in line at that point. I felt like I sounded rude almost, asking him to help us again. But, he did it and apologized profusely about us having to wait. I apologized to him, because I was definitely not trying to sound rude, but I was more adamant about needing his help this time. That is not easy for me, as i am a naturally kind individual. I learned that he didn't find me to sound rude, which really made me happy because I wouldn't want to come off like that. Anyway, he helped save the morning for my boyfriend and I and he was very kind and apologetic about it. He really doesn't have to be apologetic though, that is how customer service jobs are.
Fast-paced, waves of customer crowds, different people different attitudes, and he must've been very frazzled having to deal with so many of us in line. But, he did it well and he was kind when we got to speak to him after the rush of customers. He's just a person like you or me and all you have to do is imagine putting yourself into his position, and then think about how you would handle it. I think he did great! Give that guy a raise!!!
