“I’ve bought 3 pairs of Aisics from this store-it’s the only walking shoe I wear and the only place I’ve bought them. I buy the Gel-Kayano 29 shoes each time (highly recommended). Simply the most comfortable shoe for serious walkers. I went to this store today with a friend and had the best customer service experience there yet! We were assisted by Kelly. He could not have been more helpful, patient, and simply great to do business with. He made sure we both had every opportunity to find just the right fit. Thanks Kelly! We’ll definitely be back!!”
“Walked in here because I wore Timbs before my girlfriend told me she wanted to the museums. Luckily Pacers was en route and I needed another pair of runners. The guy who helped me was super knowledgeable. I stood on a mat to determine how my weight was distributed and he watched me walk #noddiddy. After about 20 mins I had tried on maybe 5-6 different pairs, made my final selection and was off!These have become my favorite pair of sneaker whether I’m walking the dog or going for a run.Thanks Pacers!!!”

“My family's been shopping at ROCKDEEP for three years now. And Everything's GREAT! Every product we ordered was made from with such magnificent quality. The feel and appearance of every piece kept me going back to make more purchases. The finial touches was wonderful such as the time they gifted every purchase with gold keychains, mask, bags with zippers, or thank you cards. This company is extremely customer friendly and thoughtful. I wish I could shop in-store however I leave near the beaches of California. “I drove to Oxon Hills in order to buy a pear of soccer cleats and this outlet met all my expectations. One, the parking lot had plenty of empty spots. There is no way they are going to fill all of them, so that's a plus. Two, pricing for socks, shorts, and shirts were more or less same as Amazon, but shoes were about $10~ $15 cheaper than online which was great! Also, their clearance section had some amazing options. Usually I don't find many shoes in a clearance section for my size (11.5) but they actually had some cool shoes. Three, customer service was surprisingly amazing. During my shopping I witnessed some customers who were going really rough on staff members but staff members were keeping their cool and providing an amazing customers service. When it was my turn, they also helped me the best way possible. So, 10/10 for employees for that given day. Also, there are other sports clothing brands as well nearby such as Under Armor, Nike, and Skechers. So, definitely worth to drive and compare what they got.”
“The store manager, Marlenis, went above and beyond to help me and my mother-in-law process a return. A few months ago we bought a pair of shoes only to realize, once my mother-in-law left to her country, that they were 2 right shoes! She just got back and went to the store to process the exchange/return. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the receipt or the box that it came in, but Marlenis figured that the correct pair had to be in the store, therefore she went in the back and searched almost an hour until she actually found them! We were able to process the exchange, but the fact that she did that speaks volumes. Most people would’ve told me that I’m SOL and kept it moving, but I appreciate the level of customer service that she and her team gave me.”
“Great place for carhart shirts. My son just got a 2xl loose shirt he loves. Great collection of Buck knives and boots.I was a Cub and Boyscout leader used to get our needed shirts, wood cars and camping gear here. Nice store.”

“Four weeks ago, I posted an online review, giving only 1 star (I wanted to give a 0 but it wasn’t an option) for this store. After shopping at this location, I felt very stressed out and uncomfortable. The personnel were super rude and unhelpful. I was saddened because I live across the street and love Lululemon products, but unfortunately, I didn't feel like going back there. However, circumstances changed, and I needed to return. So, I went back today, 2/8/24, around 11 am, and here's my new experience.Upon entering the store, I noticed beautiful displays of new products. The items were folded to perfection on the tables, and the hanging clothes looked impeccable. I received a wonderful greeting from the store associate at the register with a genuine smile, which made me very happy. I was helped right away, and I could try on my clothes in a very clean dressing room. The girl working there was super helpful and very nice; it felt like she loves working there.But the best part was the person behind the register, whose name is Victor (I specifically asked him for his name). He was the one who greeted me enthusiastically when I entered the store. His customer service is out of this world! He made me smile and feel happy, and because of that, I will cancel my previous review for that store and post a new one!I will recommend this location to all my friends, family, and business partners. Victor made that location extremely special and exclusive, so only because of him does that store deserve 5 stars! I hope the regional manager of that store will recognize his exceptional professionalism!Thank you for making me come back to that location. It will definitely become my number 1 store now!”

“I went to this Famous Footwear to return some shoes I had gotten online from my grandparents. I was afraid without a receipt they wouldn't be able to help me at all, but I was able to transfer for store credit very seamlessly. The associates were very helpful. I ended up buying two new pairs of shoes that night. They did a great job of keeping the store tidy and they made sure to clean up behind people expeditiously as people came and went trying on. There was a great selection of shoes here too, and the associates were also very familiar with their inventory and happy to answer questions. Maybe best outlet store I've been to for any company!
