“Visited this Annapolis Latino market for the first time while searching for Oaxaca cheese and was really impressed. The store was very clean and well stocked with a great selection of Spanish and cultural foods. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very welcoming and showed me their corn tortilla press used to make fresh tortillas daily.
I left with a stack of tortillas and used them for dinner that night. You could immediately tell they were fresh and made with quality ingredients. I will definitely be back and highly recommend checking this place out”
“The meals at the food bar have a good variety of choices and look well cooked but not dry. Bakery shop person was helpful and friendly despite being very busy. Begining to like this place more than the local Wegmans, though not totally decided. Parking is indoors and they have an escalator built for people with shopping carts. However, will not visit Whole Foods during peak weekend shopping times - it is a madhouse with an over abundance of shoppers.”

“While waiting for food at the deli, I overheard an employee (tattoos on her face) having a loud, graphic conversation about sexual activity with a coworker. It was inappropriate for a customer-facing business and made the environment uncomfortable. I expect a higher level of professionalism when visiting Grauls.”

“I appreciate the Annapolis Commissary. The price is unbeatable here, the staff is always kind, and the store is kept clean. The only issue is that sometimes lines at the self checkout can be long because often you can't go to a register with a person, and sometimes the produce or poultry isn't fully stocked, but I've never not been able to find what I need.”
“I have always found the staff at this store to be courteous, hardworking, and well informed. They have always pointed me in the right direction and helped me if I had a concern. Every time. The pharmacy is, without doubt, the best pharmacy I have ever patronized. I read some of the reviews on this forum and scratch my head. Perhaps in some cases it may be a matter of someone having a bad day and projecting their attitude on their surroundings. Personally, I feel darn lucky to have this store nearby.”
“They got new staff that are extremely kind. I encountered people stocking the shelves who helped me, the cashier helped me and the manager came and took care of and issue. (They took the time to help me get my app working when there was an issue between phone numbers). The prices are good but the customer service was superb.”
“Please add to the nondairy ice cream selection! There’s a huge ice cream section, but then only the small, expensive brands of nondairy ice cream. Breyers makes 3 nondairy flavors that are the same size and similar price to the rest of their line—a way better value for my dairy-allergic kid!

“THE GOOD-prefer this store over many alternatives for efficient shopping and fair pricing for staples and basics. The staff has always been very helpful and have pleasant attitudes and friendly customer interactions. It would be nice if there were smaller push carts to shop with. Here there are only the gigantic ones offered. THE BAD - The food selection could use some tweaks. Vegetable and fruit selections are limited and uninspired. There is too much floor space and the fixtures don't enhance the merchandise. Many brands offer low salt, reduced fat, options but this store is not on top of it. Recently the direction seems to have changed and not for the good. Half of an aisle of frozen food was turned over to assorted pizza. There is no need for 15 feet of pizza options. There is never anyone who is in the deli capable or willing to custom slice meats or cheese so one must purchase from their limited selection of pre-sliced meats and cheese. God forbid if you want a half or quarter pound of something only packed in 1 lb portions. BOTTOM LINE- what's going on here ? Is it management or corporate that's the issue?”
“I left my wallet at Dollar general on hillsmere avenue in Annapolis, Maryland.. I had quite a bit of money in that wallet and the staff. Wayne. Saw my wallet held it in the office and when I called they said it was there for me to pick up. My wallet still had all the money in it as well as all my credentials.. TOP NOTCH STAFF MEMBER WAYNE IS A GOOD MAN .THANK YOU”

“Trader Joe’s has the best customer service, hands down. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I love driving the extra 15 minutes to shop there with my two little ones. Everyone is always so kind to my kids, and shopping there is always such a positive experience. It’s one of the few places where I truly feel relaxed shopping with my children. Thank you, Trader Joe’s, for making every visit so enjoyable.”
