“I want to give a huge thank you to Chris for his exceptional customer service. I came in extremely frustrated after leaving the Apple Store, where they were unable to transfer my number from one iPhone 14 to another.
Chris greeted me with a smile, remained calm and professional the entire time, and truly tried to help. Although he wasn’t able to complete the transfer due to needing an override code, he went above and beyond by letting me use the company phone to call AT&T, assisting me with resetting my PIN, and helping retrieve my eSIM information.

“I visited this establishment today and I must say the service was just Wonderful... A very rude elderly woman (shame on her!) , and her two daughters , started Raising her Voice and yelling at the young female employee over something it seemed she had no Control over. it was quite a scene. But that Girl handled the whole situation with such Tact and Skill. I will Always recommend this store for their Patience and Kindness .
