“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”

“I give it a 4 because I support small businesses. I also give it a 4 because the manager, I didn’t get his name, maybe isn’t a morning person. I understand mechanical issues can cause delays but using words like “did you expect me to magically know about the mechanical issues” isn’t very customer friendly then trying to make it seem like I am the problem isn’t okay. Anyway, I don’t take it personal, maybe he’s not a morning person or is having a bad day.”

LaShawn made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful over the phone, followed up with clear and timely emails, and made sure every detail was handled correctly.
What really stood out was her follow-through—she personally called to confirm the shipment arrived, checked on the pickup, and ensured the return shipment went just as smoothly. That level of care and communication is rare.

Amazon shipped me two items, one came in a box and the other came in a plastic bag - and Adrian was familiar with how Amazon returns work - and he was able to help me navigate the return so I could get it done. His coworker was nice too, but I didn't catch her name - a young lady with long brown hair - I could see that she was being helpful with her customers as well. “Had a fairly smooth experience at around noon on a Friday. I was a little apprehensive before going in because of the bad reviews I had read and I had three large boxes to be returned, but I took a chance as it is very close to where I live. I am glad I did that.”

“AMA assisted me today, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient and processed all six of my returns without making me feel rushed. She was kind and gentle throughout the entire interaction.
What really stood out was that, while helping me, she still took the time to warmly greet every customer who walked in and politely let them know she would be with them shortly. That level of customer service is truly appreciated.
I always have a great experience at this location because everyone is friendly and professional. The manager (who I assume is the manager since he is there every day) is consistently welcoming and greets every customer with kindness.
