“I am very happy with my experience at the Gaithersburg location! I was helped by Nour! It was my first time here as the enterprise location I initially went to gave me a car that was due for an oil change and was shaking a lot. I gave this location a call to see if they can swap out the car for me since the original location was further out. Without hesitation they invited me to come in and change it with no questions and gave me a car I was more comfortable with. Usually I spend an hour at enterprise getting set up with a car but I was ready to go in no time and drop off was a breeze. This will be my go-to location moving forward, thanks again Nour!”
“I've been a NextCar customer for several years and I recently had one of my best experiences at the Wheaton location. I had trouble getting to the location in time for my pick-up. Not an issue though because when the staff is clear they are there to serve, it make s a big difference. Steve took care of my rental with professionalism and care that was top tier. On top of that, the car was clean, ready to go and was a great ride during my trip. Customer service is lacking in so many businesses today, so I had to shout out Steve at the NextCar Wheaton location. Check them out the next time you need a rental!”

“We were blown away by the quality of vehicle we were given based on what we were charged. We expected a base level Nissan Quest or Kia Sedona. What we were given was a brand-new Sienna hybrid! We were very comfortable on both our long and short trips while we were renting it. Thanks for treating us to such a luxury experience!”

The car was a 2024 Hyundai and got great gas mileage; The only problem with this car was the distracting dashboard warning (with alarm tone) that came on frequently and randomly - Consider taking a break. Sometimes it came on within five minutes of getting on the road.”

Update after returning the car:
There was a slight hiccup with some additional cost being kept from my security deposit, but after contacting the support email it was sorted very quickly and without any problems.
Everyone I was in contact with was very helpful and professional - I can recommend Budget!”
“Employees are top notch here. Customer service jobs are stressful and I hope Hertz corporate is aware of how respectful, hardworking, and diligent their staff is at this location. Everyone here deserves a raise. My wife left her purse (makeup bag) in the car I returned. An employee( so sorry I forgot her name) stayed late to ensure I was able to get the purse back. She didn’t have to be kind and help out, no-one paid her more money to stay, but she did. Great people here and I will be coming back again and again.”
