“Thank you, Donna, for providing the information that I needed to assure that my shipment would be trackable and reach the recipient. This location is so convenient--right in the parking lot--that I came back the following week to bring flowers. I hope that the owner will provide a fan and seating for customers as it is hot with the windows closed. TIP: Use the DHL website to check if there is an outlet near the destination website. A customer came in while I was there and we were all trying to help him find a shippable destination in Haiti. I learned that shipping is like a puzzle and has several pieces that need to fit together.”

“The UPS Store in London turned my “how on earth do I ship electronics to NYC?” panic into a smooth, smile-filled experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful—though I’ll admit their charming British accents briefly made me wonder if I was in a high-end period drama about parcel delivery. They handled my shipment like it was the crown jewels, packing everything securely and walking me through the process with patience (and tea-worthy politeness). Prices were fair, service was quick, and I left grinning. If you ever need to ship something overseas from London, these folks will treat your package—and you—right. Brilliant!”

“Swift, courteous service for walk-in notary. The manager, Lavleen, was running the whole, busy shop alone. She attended to each customer quickly and with great care. This place does a little bit of everything—sends and receives mail/packages, sells office supplies, notarizes, and even cuts keys! PLEASE NOTE: Notary service is cash only ($8 per signature as of the date of this review).”

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”
“I've been here a few times now and the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. I had some packages to send off and I couldn't find a box for one of them. He was kind in offering to leave the box with him and he would take care of it for me. I even got a shipping notification later that evening. The "more" part of the store is accurate as aside from mailboxes and shipping items, you can play the lottery, use the computer, purchase snacks, greeting cards, and other random retail items.”

“The young Asian man who did the visa photos for us was kindly asked which country and the size requirements, then quickly took the photos, then carefully trim the photos into the correct size, and emailed both of us. Although more expensive than CVS, $20/per person. The store is very small and full of packages all over the place.”

I came close to their closing time and they were well within their rights to rush things or ask me to come by another day, but they took care of my printing job with a smile and stayed a little past their regular closing time for me. “I have been here countless times and never met an unfriendly employee. Very helpful, the line can get a bit long but they are always staffed well from what I can tell and get through it pretty quickly.
May I suggest having a dedicated individual for printing services and one for shipping services? Not sure if corporate allows it but it would perhaps streamline things for everyone.”
