“I would take these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Potomac has become full of rude and 'entitled' people. I use this store for shipping packages a lot and have always found the staff (owners) friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to provide shipping options.”

“Nick was absolutely amazing!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. We had an awful experience at the Tyson UPS office and will never visit them again, Maple Ave has won our business. I had to do a set of fingerprints, and mail off 3 different documents. Nick explained the process of each one and verified each package for me, during verification I noticied one of my forms was incorrect. Nick waited for me to find the right form, assisted in printing it off, and getting my packages off safely with tracking. This is how it should be done! I feel confident that my packages are in good hands. Excellent customer service. Thanks Nick!”

“I am so glad to have this UPS store near my home. It has been so convenient and the employees are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Scotty has helped me out on multiple occasions, once with getting my shipping and passport photos and another time with notarization of important paperwork. He was very patient and was able to accommodate all my needs. Harry is also another amazing employee that I have worked with and observed. He is one of the younger members of the team but still very knowledgeable. He is always enthusiastic to help and I have seen him dealt with two very frustrating customers on different occasions without losing his smile and positivity. I even felt really bad for him. I know that I can come to these guys for help and they will be able to sort it out.”
“I live in Houston and had a package that needed collecting from just down the street from this UPS Store in Washington DC. I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label. “This location looks small from the outside, but actually has a pretty extensive inventory of office supplies and basic electronics. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Prices are about what you would expect - a bit high but not outrageous. They validate parking if you drive here as well.”

Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”
