“Minhee Lee helped me with a wire transfer yesterday. She made an appointment slot available to me at the last minute when none were available through the online booking option. She also emailed me directly beforehand with information about needed documents and called me at home to make sure my questions were answered. She was extremely pleasant to work with - a true asset as an M&T Bank employee!!”

“Our journey with SECU started in Nov. 2021. If we had begun with this particular branch with Kristie and her manager, it probably would have been completed in November. However, we started online and on the phone. Getting connected with anyone through the phone on the main line is always a hit or miss prospective. We were passed around to no less then 6 different reps who all made mistakes and we had to start the whole process of acquiring a HELOC 4 separate times.Each time someone submitted incorrect or incomplete information and the application was denied. We would call, never speak to the same person of course, but after holding for a real person to speak with you for over 20 mins each time I couldn't be choosy.Without going through the whole ordeal in detail, we were finally connected with the supervisor who restarted the process. At this time I contacted Kristie at the Ellicott City branch office. She and her manager were actually the icing on the cake. Literally, they went over ALL the documents with a fine tooth comb and made sure that they were submitted correctly and completely, which was flubbed by another branch, smoothed everything over. What took almost 3 months, they succeeded in 1 week.We went into the Ellicott City branch to close on the loan and Kristie, again very meticulously went over every sheet of the doc to make sure there would be absolutely no reason for the loan to be rescinded, especially due to thoughtless and sloppy procedures. She rechecked and asked her manager to recheck all the docs so that not one signature or initial was missing. Thank you, both for showing us how it should have been done in the first place.”

“I have both a business and personal account and have been using this location for a long time. The employees are always excellent and kind. Due to my nearby business, I occasionally visit late at night without an appointment, yet the staff consistently remains friendly and accommodating.”

“M&T handles our business banking. There are two locations close to me and honestly if this location wasn't around I would have taken my business to another bank. The other M&T location sets the bar really low, but I've had nothing but good experiences since changing my 'local' branch to this one. The staff is competent and courteous, I've never waited long when I had to go into the branch, and I can always get someone on the phone for a quick question.”

“I’m banking with this branch since 2000. I’ve business and personal accounts with this bank. The staff carries professional demeanor and are very helpful. I’ve read the previous reviews regarding renovation or wait times. Yes, the renovation did make the center look more congested with fewer teller booths and more cabins. I believe the center needs more room in general. Since it’s a very busy center, a bigger center would be ideal. I’ve never waited too long. Punam is my banking associate who’s been my guide. She’s helped me with different credit card promotions and offers that I was never aware of. Thanks Punam for everything.”

“I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled to write about my recent experience at the PNC Bank at Long Gate. I had a strange issue as I discovered that I had someone else's PNC card in my wallet instead of mine. I think it may have happened at a local restaurant as the waitress must have swapped credit cards when she brought the check. My issue was taken care of Ms. Jasmin Loper. The branch was busy that morning - I appreciate the time that Jasmin took to take care of my concerns. She made sure that the wrong card was closed and make sure that my lost card was closed as well. She was able to create a new card with a different number in a short period of time and able to review my account with me to ensure there were no fraudulent charges. She was very respectful and professional - I was impressed by her customer service skills. I think that PNC bank is fortunate to have a Branch Manager like Jasmin.”

“I had the misfortune of my Debit card being compromised. The security team did a great job making me aware of the breach and shut down my card before I experienced any losses. I was advised I could go to a Tower Branch to get a new Debt card issued. I stopped by the Ellicott City branch on my way to work where I was promptly greeted by Reena, the branch assistant manager, and was quickly issued a new card after providing proper identification. My entire visit was less than 10 minutes in length and I was on my way. What a GREAT member experience, Reena was professional, friendly, and empathetic to my situation. Thank you!

“I have banked here since I was practically a kid and have never had anything but good experiences. Their customer service is exceptional. Mike and Lela went above and beyond to help me with a document that I had requested. They didn't have to do this for me but they took the time to assist me anyway and get me exactly what I needed. I've bothered Mike quite a few times over the course of the last couple of weeks and he was nothing but friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to both of them and all of the other employees at this location!I've also had issues in the past with my card information being stolen and my card was shut down immediately and any money (though it was very insubstantial) was returned to me right away. This saved me the headache and lost money that I've personally seen so many others have to go through when their bank is not willing to help that customer nor return the money back that was stolen from them.Wonderful service!”

I can say that their customer service is awesome.From the moment you walk into a branch you recieve t a friendly greeting .
Then the times where you have certain questions regarding account details where my questions have always been answered in plain understandable English. I can honestly say I've never left Truist with that sour feeling that one feels when dealing with a company (bank) that doesn't have your best interests at the forefront.I wholeheartedly recommend this bank and specifically the branch at St John's lane that I frequent on a regular basis.”
