“I am a new customer with Verizon, and I purchased my phone and new service from this store a little over a month ago. Today, I was ready to cancel my service because I had been having some tech problems, and I could not figure out if it was my phone or the service, so I came back to the store for guidance. The representative that sold me the phone and signed me up for Verizon service, did not seem to care about helping me at all. He didn't even ask another Rep to help me. Just shrugged his shoulders.
I asked another Verizon Rep - Austin, at the store to assist me, Austin was great! He listened to me, he was patient, and he explained what the issue could be. Ultimately, he solved my problem. I honestly was a 5 minute drive from going back to T-Mobile, but thanks to Austin, and his willingness to take time to help me, my phone issue is resolved and I am still with Verizon.”

“I went to the Bel Air Best Buy today to buy a Switch OLED and walked out with a new OLED switch + an open box tv (LG QNED class 80). The two guys that helped me (& my mom who came with me) were awesome. I wish we got their names before leaving but didn't think of it til we were already on our way home. But the two guys there were super helpful while I was deciding which model to purchase and were also honest as well which is super important for those of us who rarely drop $900 on a single purchase. They were friendly as well. I work in customer service too, so I truly appreciate when the staff are kind and don't feel like you're a bother when you ask them for help. The open box tag said no accessories; however, they checked in the back as it was a display tv and were able to find the mount and remote which was a huge help and saved me from having to buy those in addition to the tv. Great store with good deals and wonderful staff as far as I could tell from this experience. I'll be back for future purchases.”
