“I visited the T-Mobile store this past Friday and Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Hector. When my original line stopped working due to an exposed antenna, he efficiently helped me add a temporary additional line so I could stay connected. After 24 hours, I decided to cancel that line, and when I returned to the store, Hector handled the change with professionalism and zero pushback. He even went the extra mile by calling internal support on my behalf to ensure everything was resolved properly.
Hector demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout both visits-patient, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. He is a strong asset to your team and would make an excellent candidate for a management role.”

But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”

He is also a gentleman and offered to help get her walker loaded into her car. My husband and I have been with T-MOBILE for 25 years or so and have never had an issue. “I love this store, compared to others. You can tell the team cleans and make sure the customers needs are met. The team actually care about their appearance not like bel-air road…. They greet you as soon as you come in and if there is a wait they offer you to sit down, they keep track of the order that you come in so you don’t have to worry about someone getting ahead of you. I’ve seen how they dealt with escalations and I’m impressed….. I recommend that when people get the surveys that they complete them!!! Mondawmin mall has a bad reputation but Tmobile is definitely not apart of that reputation!!!!”
“This is one of the best Verizon stores that I have visited. They have kiosk to check in and let you know how many people are in front of you. Mariah handled my transaction very well. She was able to complete a return and answer other questions that I had about bundle deals that they are running. Even after I left, she was very responsive and professional. Experiences such as this one, makes me happy to be a Verizon customer. Nice work Mariah!”

“I can't say enough great things about the experience I had in this store today. I worked with Lem. We spent almost 4 hours together. He patiently signed me up for a new phone for my daughter, transferred service from my phone from AT&T, helped set up my new phone and navigated over 2 Apple Watches for my kids. Tech is not my thing, it is my fatal flaw, but Lem was so patient and kind and never made me feel stupid, the way so many young people in these stores often do. He explained everything to me so respectfully. I have been taken advantage of by an AT&T salesperson in the past, and I never once felt that Lem was trying to get one over on me. He is a treasure of an employee. He is the perfect combo of kind, knowledgable and patient. He is a fine young man and I had a wonderful experience at this store. All of the employees I've come in contact with on a previous fact-finding visit were so nice. I don't know why I didn't switch from AT&T to T-Mobile long ago. 5 stars!”

“I cam3 in looking for a new phone. Kenny and ella made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I got a 2 galaxy s25 and 2 tablets and 2 watches for 60 more a month. I went in for one thing and l left with so much more. This was so amazing and much needed because it was just my birthday. I was super excited. Please go to this location and ask for one of them. They will get you the best deal and give you top tier customer service. I highly recommend!!!”

The problems that I am having has to do a lot of times with my service itself often times I receive buffing on my service more than once, but often that needs to be corrected and I repeatedly tried to do that. Haven’t been so successful with it yet. Customer service is great.”
