“On June 25th, my cell phone was disconnected in error instead of an old device as requested. I was unable to get a live customer service representative by phone for 2 hours, and another Verizon store offered little help for my issue. Within 15 minutes of arriving at the Laurel store, Favour Fatusin made the right connections, restored my service, and the correct device was disconnected. He was also very knowledgeable about products that my family needed. Well done!”

“I don't do reviews unless I am upset about a company. But the two Latino young ladies did such a wonderful job for me. It wasn't my intention to leave Metro But I went there thinking it was a Metro store. The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable... I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”

“Great customer service and quick help! I had an amazing experience at Boost Mobile Patapsco. Victor was extremely helpful, patient, and made the whole process simple. He helped me choose a plan that saved me a lot of money while still giving me reliable service. I was traveling with my family, and having Boost Mobile’s data service helped me stay connected while I was away. It gave me peace of mind knowing I could use my phone when I needed it without spending a lot. I really appreciate Victor’s excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Boost Mobile Patapsco to anyone looking for affordable and reliable phone service!”

“Great store, came in and got service. Tmobile is changing and sometimes we as customers have to adapt to the new rules, I really didn’t like taking a selfie but I got a great deal on an iPad and a watch and a phone !!! Definitely will be coming back!! And Tmobile customer service on the phone is trash, because they don’t barely speak English, but come in store instead, will definitely be back!”

“This is one of the best Verizon stores that I have visited. They have kiosk to check in and let you know how many people are in front of you. Mariah handled my transaction very well. She was able to complete a return and answer other questions that I had about bundle deals that they are running. Even after I left, she was very responsive and professional. Experiences such as this one, makes me happy to be a Verizon customer. Nice work Mariah!”

“I can't say enough great things about the experience I had in this store today. I worked with Lem. We spent almost 4 hours together. He patiently signed me up for a new phone for my daughter, transferred service from my phone from AT&T, helped set up my new phone and navigated over 2 Apple Watches for my kids. Tech is not my thing, it is my fatal flaw, but Lem was so patient and kind and never made me feel stupid, the way so many young people in these stores often do. He explained everything to me so respectfully. I have been taken advantage of by an AT&T salesperson in the past, and I never once felt that Lem was trying to get one over on me. He is a treasure of an employee. He is the perfect combo of kind, knowledgable and patient. He is a fine young man and I had a wonderful experience at this store. All of the employees I've come in contact with on a previous fact-finding visit were so nice. I don't know why I didn't switch from AT&T to T-Mobile long ago. 5 stars!”

“Go see Jason! Go see Jason! Went in to get my new middle schooler a phone upgrade with LTE pixel watch. Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon, I didn't have everything I needed, when I came back Wednesday he had EVERYTHING we talked about prepped and ready for when I said I would be back. After the care and time he spent with me we upgraded 2 phone lines two pixel 11s with new pixel 5 watches for wife and I, we added 2 LTE watches (daughter and M-Inlaw). Was expecting a 4 digit bill, ended up spending with less then dinner for 4 at decent restaurant. I've used this store multiple times. Walk in with a clue about what you want and they will get you taken care of! Please forgive him for being an Apple Guy. Jason is great!”

“my experience is at the place were excellent. I have no problems with customer relations. The problems that I am having has to do a lot of times with my service itself often times I receive buffing on my service more than once, but often that needs to be corrected and I repeatedly tried to do that. Haven’t been so successful with it yet. Customer service is great.”
