“I would like to sincerely recognize Wilbur at the Cricket store for providing truly exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to help me successfully port my number from Boost Mobile, a process that turned out to be far more complicated than expected. We worked through this for nearly five days, and throughout the entire experience, Wilbur remained patient, persistent, and fully committed to resolving the issue.
He even went as far as allowing me to leave my phone with him while he personally contacted customer service multiple times to obtain the necessary code and ensure everything was properly handled. His dedication and willingness to take ownership of the situation made all the difference. I had been trying to complete this port since Sunday, and by Friday, thanks to Wilbur’s determination, everything was finally resolved.

“Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon (or any phone store). Jason was the guy who helped me and he was everything you need in customer service: looking out for what you want/need, not trying to overcomplicate things, and giving clear explanations about cost and what to expect. I’d briefly talked to another Verizon employee at a different store about a promotion I was seeing on my Verizon app that allowed me to keep my plan, trade in my phone and pay a really low monthly amount. That person immediately dismissed it and dismissed that I could get any trade in value for my phone because of a retired plan I was on. Jason quickly confirmed I was not only eligible but that the other person was mistakenly thinking of the national offer and not my actual account’s offers. Such an easy process and it made me that much more willing to jump on the opportunity. Thank you Jason!”

“I have been an AT&T customer for many years. I had a new IPhone 17 mailed to me. I could not get it to sync with my Apple Watch. I took it into the AT&T store on Rockville Pike and was lucky enough to have Charley Novoa wait on me. He immediately rest assured me that he could solve the problem in no time at all. Sure enough a few minutes later problem solved. Charley was fast, nice, polite and couldn’t have been more helpful.
